They were HONEST and it ended up being the basic price. They came WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE COMING and were kind and courteous. AND THEN they gave us a 7 day guarantee on the service they provided. We had been interacting with multiple other "plumbers" in the area and they had all f25ailed to provide the services they claimed to provide. But Morris Plumbing has a great work ethic, and are professional, and knowledgeable. They made our devastating whole house back up issues disappear and gave us peace of mind.

I just had another emergency repair on our water heater, Saturday, 11/22/25 and they came out in the afternoon and worked till it was done. Paxton was diligent and professional and is an asset to Morris plumbing.

We have needed and used Morris plumbing on three or four occasions. We have always been pleased with the service and their polite employees. We will continue to seek their help when needed.

Had a leak under the house and called Morris. Their schedule was full but they tacked me on at the end of their day. The technician went under the house and found the leak, cut out the damaged tube and replaced it. He brought it and showed me. He turned the water back on at the road, where I had cut it off, so I didn't have to go back out there. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
