My mother’s central air conditioning system stopped cooling the week before Mother’s Day. I called a local, well known HVAC company to send a man out to diagnose the problem. He gave me an overly inflated estimate and then tried to upsell me into getting his company’s HVAC insurance package. I declined and decided to get a second opinion. I called Sub-Thermal Solutions. This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did he diagnose the problem without charging me an overly exorbitant service call charge, but his estimate for the parts and labor was very much lower than what was estimated by the other HVAC company that looked at my mother’s AC unit just the day before. He did the work perfectly, even correcting the mistakes of those that had worked on the unit in the past. To say his pricing and charges were fair would be a gross understatement. I can say without hesitation, that the Sub-Thermal Solutions pricing structure is without a doubt the most competitive in our area. That’s important to me, because I’m all Mom’s got now, and she really depends on me to look out for her best interests. It would be hard for me to live with myself if I wasted her money, because I didn’t do my due diligence. I highly recommend Sub-Thermal Solutions! Very thorough, dedicated, kind. I’ve lived in Mentone since I was 5. The guys who came out to fix my ac unit (that had been down or not working properly for 3 years) were amazing couldn’t have asked for better. Made sure to not only get the job done, but made sure that if I had any issues I could contact them and they’d be happy to come out and help. They were lightning fast and kept me informed of everything that happened. You can tell it’s about them enjoying the job and helping people. Honestly probably the best guys who I’ve met that came to fix anything in Mentone.

Jesse at Sub-Thermal Solutions has worked on units at personal, rental and business properties for us. Very professional and HONEST!! He has worked in the freezing cold when my 85 year old mothers heat went out. On another occasion Jesse dropped what he was doing when the central unit in my VRBO went out ( in the scorching heat) while I had guest there for a week! That's just two examples. I could list many more reasons for my 5 start review. I would give him 10 if Google had 10⭐!! I am a hairdresser and I recommend him to anyone that mentions needing a HVAC guy !!
