We had a great experience with Sub-Thermal Solutions. First , I want to start by saying I called on Fri morning at 8:30 in hopes I could be scheduled for at least Mon to get our heat checked out. Luckily my house was close to the job they had and was able to get to me that morning. They were very thorough with their decision on how to get our heat back up and running. Within no time we had a game plan and some heat. I will definitely be using them if ever needed in future.

Our heat pump started acting up this morning. We contacted Sub-Thermal Solutions, based on reviews. Jesse did not disappoint and got us up and running by this afternoon, even going out of his way to pick up the part we needed from Gadsden. Can’t thank him enough. We are new to Ft Payne and would recommend his services.

We purchased a home with no HVAC. We chose Sub Thermal to do the job because of their stellar ratings and the friendly, professional meeting we had with Ryan. He walked through everything with us and gave us a fair quote on a big job. The fantastic crew spent 2 full days here installing our new system. They were punctual, great at communication, knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough about what a great team they are and how well they work together to get the job done right. Jesse and his crew are professional and dependable. He replaced a split system for me. I had an issue with getting my job approved by the City of Huntsville. This issue had nothing to do with Jesse’s work, but to do with where the unit was previously placed. It wasn’t Jesse’s issue but he took it upon himself to intercede and resolve it to my benefit. I had several bids and Jesse’s was the most thorough. He even mentioned he would need to flush the lines to remove the old refrigerant to ensure no contamination with the new product. No other bid even mentioned this small but apparently important detail. This speaks to Jesse’s thoroughness. His dedication to his customers is top notch. Jesse cares about his customers and their families. In fact his office called me up several weeks ago and wanted to set up a time for Jesse to come out and be sure the unit had no issues before it cranked up for the summer. I am thoroughly impressed with the service from Americas Air. The specialist was courteous, knowledgable and explained everything that was being done to the unit. I had an initial evaluation of the heating and air units and will definitely continue service with them for the foreseeable future. I felt like family.

I highly recommend this company. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. And has very good prices. His workers are very respectful, and friendly, I called because my old unit quit working. Quick and courteous; the technician cleaned up after himself and made sure that everything was right before he left. I want to add this was at the end of business day, and he still took the time to do it right.

Had an AC system fail. America’s Air worked quickly to diagnose the root cause, worked with the home warranty company to minimize my expense, and immediately installed a new hvac system in my house. Excellent communication, quick turn around, and very professional. I highly recommend this company and will 100% use them again.

Had an issue with my AC and Paul was amazing. He was at my location as promised the next day first thing in the morning and was quick to make the repair. He did have to do a follow up the next day however he was out first thing again answered all my questions and was nice and friendly.
