Great experience all around with Mullins. Got a quote fast and the team installed the very next day. Would recommend again for future HVAC work.

I called Mullins because my HVAC alarm was going off and would not stop. I left a voice message and received a call in a timely fashion. I was told they were very busy but a person would call me as soon as they could. I received the call and was given a suggestion on the fix but was told if it did not work to call back and they would make it out today. It worked and I did not have to call back… yet. Point is even when they are slammed the respond appropriately and are available. Thanks guys

My AC unit wasn’t cooling as it should so I called a friend and they recommended Mullins Heating & Air. Best decision ever! I called them on Thursday. Joseph came out Friday evening to check it out and determined that I had a Freon leak. Saturday morning he came to the house, added Freon, checked everything and now my AC is running like it did when it was new! Because of the exceptional service I received, I’ve already made plans for them to come out in October and perform a maintenance check on my heating system! 5 stars isn’t enough. If I could, I’d give them 10!! They’ve definitely become my go-to guys for anything heating and cooling!

I called Mullins Heating & Air Conditioning with an issue at 6:15 pm, they were at my house within an hour and had us back up and running in no time. Honest and fair company. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Mullins Heating and Air! My heater stopped working when the temperatures dropped recently so I searched for heat repair near me and found them. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had my heat working again in no time. The guys were professional and explained everything clearly. They also helped me choose a new thermostat that can connect to my phone.

I also asked about HVAC replacement, and they gave me honest information about when to replace my system. I’ll definitely call them when I need an HVAC replacement before my a/c gives any problems in the summer heat. I would highly recommend Mullins to anyone needing HVAC services.

I just had a new heating and air system installed My old system quit working and I obtained two estimates for a replacement. I decided to go with Mullins Heating and Air in Warrior, Alabama. They responded very quickly, did a thorough investigation of the system, and gave me a quote that was below the other one I received. It was also quite convenient that they participate in Alabama Power company's Smart Financing. They assisted with the Smart Financing application and completed their part of the paperwork very efficiently. Due to the fact that my house sits on a slab foundation with only a small access door necessitated some additional work to accommodate placing the new furnace in place. Concrete had to be cut and Mullins took care of coordinating this extra work. The installation of the new split system went smoothly and efficiently. My air return was also inspected and revised to be more efficient and to allow filter replacement in the inside of the house. After installation, Mullins coordinated the concrete people getting back out to replace the concrete that had to be taken out. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services of Mullins as well as the performance of the system they recommended. I would strongly recommend them.

These guys are Awesome! Our HVAC unit stopped pushing air yesterday afternoon. We contacted Mullins Heating & Air last night and today Joe and his teammate came and fixed the issue quickly. I highly recommend their service.
