Constraction reviews in Westover, Alabama

Our experience with Wildcat Construction has been amazing. From our first call until the final work was completed has been pleasant and hassle free. We have been listened too along the way and when we had questions they were answered without any hesitation. I cannot thank Wildcat Construction enough. We will be calling in the future for any work needed around our home. Thank you so much!!!!

Josh, Mike,Steve and all the Wildcat employees who worked on our Driveway replacement were very professional and responsive to our needs and questions. They were on time and stayed as late as necessary to insure a quality job. It is rare to work with people who take as much pride in your project as you do.
Spring of 2022 we contracted with Wildcat Construction for the replacement of our driveway. My review of this work is above. Spring of 2023 we contacted Wildcat Construction to talk about the total renovation of our master bath. Steve with Wildcat introduced us to Gary and Susan,Interior Designers to help us visualize what we wanted in our new master bath. After we decided upon the design we contracted with Wildcat for the renovation.Joe, project manager joined the team to oversee the construction. As with our previous experience with Wildcat we found them to be very professional and attentive to what we were trying to accomplish. Joe is knowledgable of all aspects of construction. He always listened to our questions, input and critique without being defensive. He shared our vision for what we were trying to accomplish. Putting the client first is a goal of Wildcat and this philosophy begins at the top of their management team and is demonstrated by their employees.
Given our experiences through two projects with Wildcat, I empathically rate Wildcat Construction and their people 5 Star. We have met many people at Wildcat Construction and count them as friends.

We had a great experience with Wildcat Construction. The communication and quality of work was excellent and they finished when they said they would. We will definitely use them again!

We had a pleasant experience with Chris from Wildcat Construction. Chris was very polite and invested in completing our project from start to finish. They worked with us on the hours we had available and the job site was kept clean.

This is the first time I've ever built a house from the ground up, it's an insanely complex and at times stressful process but Josh and Brandon at Wildcat have made this process enjoyable and smooth.

Wildcat has been completely transparent and insanely helpful with all of the questions that we've had about the process. Even with a few unforseen issues that have popped up that were out of everyone's control, they've been absolutely phenomenal.

If I ever build another house, Wildcat will be who I build it with, I can't recommend them enough. Google limits me to 5 stars, otherwise I'd give them more stars.

I will update this review with pictures once the home is complete, can't wait to see it!

If you’re looking for a company that does no in house work , only uses subs and will send you all subs that speak no English !! Look no further. Your Project manager may give you 30 minutes a day onsite while you pay them a fortune , You will spend your time finding mistakes , calling hoping to not get a rude response. Your punch list will go on for 3 months after you close. Better builders in area that’s built more homes and been in business for years. This is not a custom home company by any means.

We used Wildcat to build our new forever home and it's turned out better and more beautiful than we hoped it would!!! They're always quick to respond, professional and they've been incredibly patient with us throughout the entire build and allowed us to be as involved as we wanted to make our vision a reality. We can't wait to spend forever in our new home. Thank you Josh and Mike!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wildcat Construction at their commercial site, and I must say that their level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. From start to finish, every aspect of my experience with them was exceptional.

First and foremost, their fast response time was remarkable. Upon reaching out to them for their services, I received a prompt and courteous response that assured me of their dedication to their customers. They were swift in addressing my inquiries and providing me with all the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision.

What impressed me the most was their accommodating nature. Wildcat Construction went above and beyond to meet my specific requirements and ensure that all my needs were met. They took the time to understand the unique challenges of our project and tailored their services accordingly. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart.

I would highly recommend Wildcat to anyone in need of professional services at a commercial site. Their fast response time, accommodating nature, and unwavering professionalism make them an exceptional choice. Thank you!

2nd REVIEW:

NEW HOME BUILD COMPLETED!

Here’s our follow up review, as promised. If you can take a pic with your builders on closing day and still be smiling, there’s your sign that things went well! 😀

All of the positive aspects we spoke of Wildcat Construction before we even got started building … continued to hold true throughout the building process!

One of their best assets is responding to our needs and concerns as they arose. Every time we texted them, we could expect a prompt response. Very reassuring and comforting!

We are very happy with our new high-quality, well-made, safe home! And we are so thankful for Wildcat Construction, a team of people who stand by their promises and gave us the consistent support we needed.

Bravo Josh, Brandon, Fermin, Ty and Scott! Bravo to your high quality subcontractors and vendors too! Highly recommend! A+++

1st REVIEW:
This review is a bit unusual in that we are giving it before we have even broken ground on our new home. But we have been so impressed with the professionalism and kindness we have been shown by every single person we’ve met at Wildcat Construction, that we decided to give a pre-construction review. After much prayer and careful consideration (including checking out some of their beautiful well built homes), we are happy to say that we have recently chosen them to be our builders.

When I spoke with Owner Mike Morgan in my first phone conversation, he repeatedly said that one of their company’s greatest strengths was that they were very big on good communication. He was absolutely correct. Every single person has responded promptly and courteously to every single phone call and every single text we have sent to them.

They all (Mike, Steve, Josh, Brandon, Fermin, Ty and Joe) seem genuinely interested in us, and in making our dreams come true.

Josh has been gently persuasive from day 1. He let us know from the beginning that he was confident Wildcat Construction could build the home we wanted in the price range we wanted (well, close to the price range … prices are coming down, but still fairly high). But we believe both Josh and Brandon sincerely listened to us, and were aware of our financial constraints … and did everything in their power to meet our price expectations.

We are super excited about this new venture with Wildcat Construction! We have every confidence in them in every way, and we plan to give updates as the process progresses…

As a real estate agent I run across lots of builders, I put my hat on as a buyer to purchase a custom built home with Wildcat Construction and I am very thankful for my decision! They provided a fantastic product and I was able to add all my touches as well. I felt for the size, style and location our home was sold at a competitive price! I was probably a buyer that needed more attention but nonetheless Josh our project manager was always responsive, professional and attentive. Thank You Wildcat for offering our gorgeous dream home!

Building a home in the National Forest and my wife and I have really enjoyed working with Josh and Brandon. They are flexible, responsive and professional. Very pleased with the quality of work while building in a rural area.

We appreciate their guidance and assistance in the many decisions that have to be made along the way.

My husband and I are in the process of buying a house Wildcat is building. This is an exciting time. They are doing such a wonderful job. When you want to choose a builder imagine having honest, good people that work with you and want you to have the best experience. I feel like not only have we gotten a dream house but we’ve gotten new friends. I can’t say enough about Mike, Josh and Jennifer. If you want to build something that is quality and done in high standards with honest people then you’ve come to the right place. The biggest decision is who you choose to trust. This company is made of the people that not only you can trust but sincerely want you to have the best. It’s refreshing knowing they care even about the smallest details. Love, love, love them!!!!!

Wildcat Construction is completing our cabin in the woods! It is just beautiful and we are so pleased with the outcome! Many thanks to Josh for leading us through this journey, Brandon for his guidance, and Ty for managing the land during the build. Photos to come soon!

Thanks to Josh, Joe and Fermine for making our dream home a reality. These guys delivered on building our vision for our full custom home with excellent craftsmanship. Thanks Wildcat for our forever home.

We are currently building a home with Wildcat and the experience has been wonderful so far. We had met a few other builders and were discouraged with the process. But immediately when we met Ty, Brandon, and Josh, we felt at ease. They are very down-to-earth but remain professional and clear with their information, guidance, and expectations. Their communication is timely and they don’t make us feel like a burden when we ask a lot of questions as first-time home builders. We look forward to giving more information as the process continues, but for now, we can’t say enough good things. We highly recommend Wildcat!

We had a tree fall down on our roof and destroyed our deck. They came in promptly and started work right away. Very communicative and always on point to let us know about delays. Worked well with my insurance company. Very profesional company and definitely will be requesting their services again!

This was my 4th home to build and Josh and the guys at Wildcat Construction made it a breeze. If you want to work with true professionals who truly know how to design, plan and build your dream then give them a call. Highly recommend!

They were wonderful to work with! They listened to my ideas and made our dream come true! Chris, Juan, Marcel, and Orlando were the best!! Chris and crew we can’t thank you enough!!!

Brandon, Jeff, and the Wildcat team were wonderful to work with. They completed our project quickly and on time. They kept us updated daily on progress. Very happy with the results!

Joe with Wildcat was awesome! They came out and remodeled our bathroom here @ The RJ Marshall Co. It was just one bathroom and it was old and outdated. They completely tore out the old bathroom and designed 2 bathrooms accommodating both men & women. We were very please and highly recommend Wildcat Construction.

We had the best experience working with Chris and his team at Wildcat! The communication, dedication of time and management around our project was more than we could have asked for. We highly recommend them!!
