Wildcat just finished building our home. Brandon was great to work with. He was attentive to make sure exactly what we wanted was done. He was easily reachable if we had questions or a concern. He was honest and followed through with what needed to be done. I would recommend Wildcat to anyone looking to build. Thank you guys for building and being so great to us, we appreciate it!

Words cannot describe our appreciation for Wildcat Construction. These guys took on the project to build our home after we were defrauded by another builder. Everyone in the Wildcat crew is empathetic, respectful, and professional. We highly recommend Wildcat Builders to others wanting a custom-built home.

We had our unfinished basement built out with 2 additional bedroom, 1.5 bath plus game room. From the design to the finish the guys did a fabulous job for us. Highly recommend.

I’m a close friend of the homeowner and have been present throughout much of this build, observing construction progress, communications, and delays firsthand.
One of the most concerning issues I personally witnessed involved the garage doors. The garage doors were clearly shown on the approved plans used to bid and execute the contract, with no allowance or exclusion disclosed. During the build, I saw the email chain where the homeowner was asked to source the garage doors himself. When pricing consistent with the plans was obtained (approximately $50,000 combined), the project manager emailed stating his “budget” for the doors was $5,000ea — despite no such budget or allowance ever being part of the contract and no change order ever being issued.
In December, I also saw written communication outlining what the builder expected to be completed within the next 45–60 days. Flooring was expected to begin the week of October 26, 2025. Brick did not finish until December 23, tile began December 15 and remains incomplete, and trim only recently started. By the end of the stated 45–60 day window (February 8), nothing promised was completed and nothing meaningfully improved.
I was also present during discussions around concrete. After the builder advised the homeowner to obtain quotes, a quote was secured that absorbed an initially proposed $1,000 upcharge into the total scope. After this was clarified, communication slowed, reviews were delayed, and timelines shifted again. Shortly after, the projected completion date moved to the same month the contract ends.
From observing this process daily — including the impact of extended displacement, living conditions, and carrying costs — it was extremely frustrating to see how little urgency there appeared to be around customer experience. The home was originally expected to be completed by December 19, 2025 and remains unfinished months later.
Based on what I’ve personally witnessed from start to present day, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this builder to verify all allowances and exclusions in writing, demand detailed schedules, and be prepared for significant delays and communication challenges. I would not want another homeowner to go through what I have continued to witness during this build. -
Our experience with the guys over at Wildcat was wonderful. Ty, Josh and the guys have been a huge help on our build from start to finish. Even with us having a certain budget we needed to be under the guys worked with us to pick out what and how we needed to do things in order to make sure we hit that goal with the level of finish for our budget. My wife and I would highly recommend them 100%. Thanks Wildcat!

As an electrical subcontractor(Titan Electrical LLC) working alongside Wildcat Construction, I can confidently say they are one of the most professional and well-organized builders we partner with. Their communication, scheduling, and jobsite coordination make it easy for subcontractors to perform efficiently and deliver quality work.
Josh, and all the project managers do an outstanding job keeping everyone informed, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a positive, solutions-focused environment on every project. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping projects moving forward helps ensure timelines are met and homeowners receive a high-quality finished product.
We always appreciate the opportunity to work with Wildcat Construction and look forward to many more successful projects together -
We are so grateful for Wildcat Construction for building our dream warehouse for These Three Boutique. They worked closely with us to achieve our vision. Thank you to Brandon for making sure all the details came to life~!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Wildcat Construction! My mother moved in with us and we needed to add a room onto the backside of our home, turn a current bedroom into a sitting room, and extend a covered patio over to meet the addition and screen in entire new patio. They did an amazing job!! Made it look like the entire project has always been a part of the house. Cannot tell where the new additions begin and the original home ends.
Ty Erwin was with us every step of the way, from working with the HOA, building permits, working with the county and city, etc. He made sure we were constantly communicated with and knew every next step in the project, a great liaison for us between the construction company and the subcontractors. He has been phenomenal, still checking in on us even after the project is complete.
They also have the best subcontractors (Big Three Homes) I have had the pleasure of working with! Rafael, Gus, and Charlie were the main guys working with us and they were so courteous, professional, hard working, talented, patient, and kind! They hold themselves to an incredibly high standard and delivered everything we wanted for this project and beyond! I have full confidence that this project was built to last and will serve our family for the duration of the home! They were all incredibly professional, timely, and treated us like family! We cannot be more grateful for their help in this transition for our family home and highly recommend Wildcat Construction to anyone needing any kind of work done!
