There is no other hvac company that I nor my family would ever consider calling. Nelson has been absolutely awesome to deal with every time we have ever called them to come out and fix our heating/ac issues. We just bought a BRAND NEW unit from them. It is very nice and the guys showed up on time and were pulling out of our driveway within 3 hours or so.

Lol years ago we called them out to diagnos and fix our ac unit that suddenly quit working. I'm embarrassed to admit it but the guy came to my place and simply flipped the tripped breaker 😅 they didn't charge us a dime. Another company would have billed us something for sure!

I'm on my third generation of using Nelson Heating & Air. They are knowledgeable, always on time, fair with their prices, and very respectful.. I'm grateful to have them in my neighborhood!!!
