The folks at Nelson are top notch. They are great people and their team go above and beyond. They are true professionals. After my heating unit began acting up they can and checked it out. It was determined it was beyond repair. The unit was close to 20 years old. So I could have just replaced the heating unit but due to the age and having already having to replace other parts. I chose to replace the complete unit. They got the new unit in quickly set up and installation date. They used the original duct work. Made some changes they felt was an improper orginal installation. They got the new units put in just in a few hours. Their prices were truly competitive. Again I highly recommend this small business found in Woodstock, Alabama. They truly went above and beyond to make my experience a great one.

Amazing company and service! After buying a new home, they have replaced a unit for us in winter and fixed a separate issue we had in the middle of summer. Michael was here within the hour to fix our AC and everyone we’ve talked to/met has been phenomenal! Helpful, professional, honest, and timely. Will be using them indefinitely and referring them to everyone we know!

Great experience. I called for a routine inspection and Michael came out same-day. He inspected both of my furnaces and cleaned the coils. He also checked into a brown spot I was seeing on my ceiling and helped me confirm that it was a roof leak. They had good pricing and it was great to talk with him as well. I recommend them!

I highly recommend to anyone using Nelson HVAC. We had been screwed over by "another company". We thought we needed major repairs done, but Mike assured me that simply leveling my system would help exponentially, plus they installed a larger pad and re-connected our system correctly vs how the "other guy" did it. We will definitely be using Nelson heat and air for all our HVAC needs. We are extremely grateful there's still good folks in this world.
