Samson employees should be more considerate of the public walkways. One of their employees parked his work van right over the sidewalk at 7821 King Street, blocking most of the sidewalk. This is a street that leads directly to Taku Lake Park so people are walking, jogging, biking, and even pushing children in strollers. I can't speak for their electrical work but I can say at least one of their employees is rude and has no consideration for the public.

I have used Samson Electric before, but never again. I needed an outlet installed in the crawlspace of a rental house for a sump pump. I was worried about Samson Electric showing up if the plumbing company wasn't there to tell them where to put the outlet. The secretary on the phone for Samson assured me it would be OK as long as the hole for the sump pump was dug. Samson waited for two hours in the truck for the plumbing company to show up, even though the hole was dug. They charged me for these 2 hours. When I talked to Samson on the phone they were rude and told me the secretary wasn't in the field so she didn't understand. They did take a little off the bill, but I was still charged for Samson sitting in the truck. Other electrician companies have good ratings. Go with them instead.

As far as I can tell Samson is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We have used them twice for fairly large projects, a generator and an air conditioner. They have been prompt, professional, and easy to work with.

I very strongly disagree with the one star rating on this company. I found them to be very efficient, professional, and high level electricians!

The popcorn’s always fresh. And you’re not going to find a wider selection of flavors to put on the popcorn. In the mornings they have doughnuts but they go fast. Early bird gets the worm. Oh and they have electrical parts too

You need it? The great team at northcoast will help you get it. Make sure you take time to go to one of the feeds they have every now and then to meet some sales reps and new products.

This place has 50 cent sodas. Where else can you get a soda for 50 cents? And they have the name brand stuff. Seriously name brand cream soda for 50 cents. They also have electrical parts but It’s the sodas that get me coming back.

Its a tough business to serve contractors. These guys are always super helpful and if they don't have it today, they will recommend a local competitor so you can keep your job moving today. Way cool!

These guys are great. They helped me out with a home project and were the only place to return my call. Will not go anywhere else, and I highly recommend these guys for their customer service.
