Their return policy is horrible! Do not buy any extra parts or pieces if you don't need them, because returning items takes forever. Not only that, they charge you a %5 restocking fee. On top of that I tried returning an unopened GFCI breaker that they charged me over 60$ for (I found out later Lowes had them for $45) and they wouldn't take it back because of a broken piece of plastic on it. I told them I never even opened it and that's how they sold it to me, and they still wouldn't take it back... Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? Now I'm stuck with a broken breaker that I way over-payed for... Lowes or HD would have taken anything back, no questions asked, AND Home Depot and Lowes carry this same stuff, AND its cheaper! The only reason I gave them 2 stars over 1 star, is the counter guys did help me out by answering some electrical questions, and they referred me to an electrician that could help me further.. But this review is about Stusser, not the employees. I will not be returning to this place, nor will I refer anyone to it.

Be wary of doing any business with them. I have had three interaction with the company. On all three occasions I have had issues with customer service and not returning calls. Recently they informed me they do not take HSA warranty calls that is after leaving 3 messages over 11 days .. and finally getting someone on the phone.

Your guy driving the wagoneer i am assuming your owner a confrontational, arrogant person picking a fight over a parking spot

Matt Shea is the finest electrician I have ever met. Easy to get a hold of, punctual, reliable, professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about all elements of electricity. He has installed new lighting for us as well as keeps our 55 year old low-voltage panel up and running and in good service. He does outstanding work for a very reasonable price and with great efficiency. You are never stunned by the bill. Give him a call, you won’t be disappointed.
