Called them for installation of emergency equipment monitoring panels. They had to run wiring across the building in nursing homes, being cautious to not interfere with tenants and nursing staff duties. The team led by Eric Burger was fantastic. All very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to come in under or at bid with a very clean install on the panels.
These were at two different locations, both being done flawlessly. Highly recommend the team at Raven Electric.

Nate was always on time, worked quickly, made as little damage to Sheetrock as possible, and cleaned up when he left. Highly recommend!

Norman, with Raven showed up. He first cracked a joke. Then got to work. He had solutions to all our problems. He was polite, knowledgeable and even explained what and why he was doing what he was doing.

I e-mailed Raven requesting a quote for hot tub emergency shut off. Matt Elliot responded next business day to gather information and set up an appointment for an estimate. The bid was completed in a timely manner. I was advised Raven was approximately a month out at the time my bid was submitted. I explained to Matt my hot tub would be arriving soon and I really needed this completed as soon as possible. Matt worked with my time constraints without changing my original estimated price. I was happy and signed off on the job when completed. It was brought to my attention by the spa company I would need some additional wiring from the breaker to the spa for power (not in my original bid, nor part of my request). I contacted Matt and he worked with me to get the extra wiring completed. Less than 24 hours later Matt called to say he had an electrician free if I was available. I'm very pleased with the outstanding customer service I received from Matt and the team he sent to work on my project.

Roxanne was competent and friendly. Installed 6 ceiling lights in an older home. Had to fix some of the wiring. Did a great job. Raven was reasonably priced. Will use again. Recommend.

The team of Matt and Nate is fantastic. We had to put in a new electric meter, a new circuit breaker panel, and wiring for a house built in 1963. Matt was amazing in his coordination with Chugach Electric and the city inspectors, and he managed the job and updated us regularly on its status. Nate was knowledgeable, efficient, a hard worker, and very pleasant to work with. We cannot recommend them both enough!

My experience working with Raven Electric on my kitchen remodel was fantastic. This included much re-wiring after removing a wall and adding many new outlets plus wiring for relocating appliances. Raven's the best. I have been working with the team for years. They have resolved an intermittent power issue with a dishwasher, upgraded garage/shop lighting, identified and addressed a safety issue with a breaker, installed a generator, including all the permits, trenching, annual maintenance, all while dealing with a 40+ years old electrical system. The after hours on-call availability is good too. One call I made involved great troubleshooting over the phone so I could keep working on a project, with a recommendation for a specific electrical testing device to have on hand if the same thing happened in the future, and no charge for the time on the phone. From the first phone call, to scheduling, to getting the job done every person on the team brings expertise, commitment to quality workmanship, and a focus on customer service.

Worked with Jesse K on a Generator switch over install. He was very helpful knowledgeable and assisted with testing to Inverter Generator. He also assisted with confirming we had power to everything we needed. I highly recommend Raven Electric as they always do quality work!!

We really loved working with Jesse Keagle. He was on time, efficient, worked really hard, and found and fixed problems with old wiring when replacing our lights. He legitimately kept our house from burning down and we are so thankful for his expertise. He made sure we were happy and was concerned with keeping our house clean. He's so precise I noticed after he left that he made sure all of the screws were turned the same way on our outlet covers. That's truly paying attention to detail.

We had Roxanne Sidebottom out for a service call today. The issue that we had turned out to be a quick fix.
In the process of diagnosing the problem, Roxanne found some odd wiring in the breaker panel. Thankfully she took the extra time to correct those issues.

After having a snafu with trying to DIY the installation of a dimmer switch, we were very happy to have an electrician from Raven come in to fix the situation. The issue ended up being a problem with the replacement dimmer but we wanted a professional to troubleshoot and confirm we weren’t dealing with any other problems. We got an appointment the same day that we called and Roxanne was in and out of the house in under 20 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable and we’ll definitely be calling them for future projects.
