Over the years, I have dealt with a lot of contractors and I have an old home in the area. Compared to all of the other work I've had done on my house, I have the best experience with Raven Electric. They are always very pleasant to deal with.

Raven handles all of my husbands and my business electrical needs. They always do a great job. It never takes up too much time. The service technicians are excellent and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work done on their business or home.

Raven Electric is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help my family after a windstorm knocked over a tree which bent our weatherhead and were without power for several days. They were very knowledgeable and quick to fix the issue. The price was also much less than I was expecting.

Raven Electric performed excellent residential electrical installation and upgrades at my home. From their estimator and project manager (Matt), to their electrician (Brett), to their apprentice (Tom), to their front office (Lydia) Raven is a professional outfit!

This review is late incoming and much deserved! My block was hit hard by the wind storm with three trees down and two utility poles damaged. Dave was quickly on the scene assessing damage to services up and down the steet to determine (when power was returned) if the utility could connect and assisting with getting the power on in the house after service was returned. Great job and awesome customer service...a better job couldn't have been done!

Raven is on point and Art gives great service! Quotes are detailed AND reasonable. Appointment dates are kept and Raven responds to emergency requests. I hope I find a good electrician in PA!

Roxanne was great. She displayed excellent troubleshooting skills and was able to identify and correct a good part of our electrical issue. Then she was able to give me a solution to the part of the issue we could not specifically identify/correct.
A big plus was also her thoughtful and friendly approach to her work.

I have been trying to find someone to fix my Generator isolator switch for several weeks. I meet one of the service guys for Raven at the gas station by happenstance. He gave me a card and I called to set up an appointment. They came on time and in less than 1 hour I was fixed up. I now can operate off grid if need be. Thanks Raven, you guy and gals rock!!!!!

Roxanne, the electrician was kind, courteous and very efficient. We also was told about other issues and will differently follow up with them.

I was really disappointed in Raven's service. I think they completely over billed me for some simple fixture replacements. when I questioned the bill they quoted me over the phone, and the time reported by the electrician and an apprentice - they never got back to me and sent me the bill in the mail a month later. They were a half hour late and it's hard to believe they spent 4-plus hours at my house. They also never explained if i was paying for one person or two. Just really poor follow-up. So disappointing.

I previously called another electrical company with 279 5 star reviews to repair my service entrance damaged by heavy snow that slid over my cricket protection braking my weatherhead and shorting cables. Chugach disconnected me and pulled my meter. That company said it would take a week to get a Chugach engineer and muni inspections. They said they'd set up and rent me a generator and it would cost $5000 to $10000 to fix and my homeowners insurance will cover it.
I felt like they had me over a barrel so I called Raven. They were out promptly and had everything taken care of in a few hours for less than their $1000 estimate. They even gave me a 10% senior discount.

We called this morning to check on availability for some residential work, and we were surprised when the woman we talked to said they could have someone at our house within a couple of hours. Randy came to our house, fixed our problems quickly and professionally and gave me some advice on other projects. I will definitely use Raven again and I’m really happy with their service.

The entire team at Raven has been great to work with. From the initial planing phase, to the completion of the project, Raven has been professional, responsive and accommodating to a changing project.

Raven Electric was contracted to upgrade my aging breaker panel and service from the Muni. The project manager handled all the permits and communication with Chugach Electric and the Municipal inspectors. The work was completed quickly.

10/10 will use Raven again for additional electrical work.

We recently had an inspection done for the sale of our home and there were a couple of items that needed addressing. I reached out to Raven and the person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and got me set up to have an electrician out within the week. Jesse was the electrician and he showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He addressed the issue on the list and offered to fix some other small things he noticed. He did everything quickly and gave me an itemized list and notes to provide to the realtors. And to top it off, the invoice came in under the initial approximate quote they had given me. I highly recommend them.

Raven Electric hands down was the best quote and work. I had gone through two other electricians, both who wanted to put blank junction boxes on my wall in order to move a outlet and plugin during a remodel, with the intent to avoid going into my attack that has blown insulation.

Art was great! He clearly has been doing this job for a long time and took one look at my job and provided a completely different solution than the others. Their Tech Lee, did a wonderful job. I have no junction boxes, no blank plates and Lee went into my attack to get the job done right! I will say I had to wait awhile for Raven to come do the job because they are busy, but they are well worth the wait!

I can’t say enough about the terrific service we got from Raven. Jason came to our house at night in freezing weather to investigate our unstable electrical power. We were very concerned, especially about the burning smell in our living room. He stayed for hours to make sure repairs were completed and got Chugach involved in resolving the issue. Our heating system also suffered some damage and he further assisted us with a referral for that repair. He was professional and provided top notch service.

The folks at Raven Electric recently wired up my outdoor hot tub. Despite this winter's cold and snow, they got me properly & professionally connected... What better way to enjoy the cold winter nights?! They made sure I was pleased before calling the job done. Raven Electric will be my go-to electrical pros from now on. Thanks!

Our electrician was Matt and he went above and beyond to not only diagnose and help with our electrical problems, but also gave fantastic advice for other problems as well as networking with people in the community for us. I am extremely pleased with Raven electrics help in a stressful time.

I've worked with Raven professionally over several years and always knew they did good work but figured that they were a bit more expensive, so I didn't call them when I had major problem with the old circuit breaker in my 1960's built house.

We called in another company and we had serious issues and their quote was around $3,500. My wife suggested Raven and I thought they would be more expensive (because of the quality of their work). They quoted us $1,500 and a delay of around a week to get it done. After it was all completed, our bill was $1,300.

Our service tech Jason was on time and did whatever he could to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Working in service myself, I was impressed. He went above and beyond to get us where we needed to go (even checking out our somewhat flooded crawlspace and making sure our sump pump GFI outlet was working).

Art and the team are fantastic folks that do the best electrical work in Anchorage and beyond. Don't be like me and call someone else, call Raven first. It may take a little bit of time to get you on the schedule (your mileage may vary) but the work is top notch and cheaper. And now I can sleep better at night knowing my electrical woes are taken care of.
