Supreme Electric did a complete home backup generator installation.

If you are considering an installed generator backup for your home you will discover that the larger generators are not easy to find in Anchorage. Justin M. came to the home to evaluate necessary size, survey current electric and gas accessibility, and discuss placement. This is a permanent structure and requires a transfer switch to turn it on automatically when power goes out. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, accurate timeline for procuring the generator and when he could install, and kept me informed about the progress. I was thrilled that it came it ahead of schedule and he got it installed WITHOUT any additional charges. Can't say enough about how he treats his customers! Completed job on time and left home site very clean.

Needed a quick fix on the bathroom GFCI and two lights that didn’t have power. They showed up the same day I called. Micheal was fast and professional, did great work.

Mike has been patient, clear and kind. Supreme Electric has done many visits over the years upgrading my 1953 ranch. I trust their team with my safety.

Michael with Supreme Electric did a great job figuring out issues with my existing electrical. Not only did he take care of my work and explain everything to me in a timely manner, he was sharing his expertise with his younger colleague learning the trade. Definitely recommended Supreme Electric.

What we all want to know… Supreme Electric was considerably cheaper than another company I got a quote from. Considerably… $1000 cheaper!!!
The entire process from Charlie coming out to get the details for the work order, to the ladies in the office, Matt and Brandon being 15 minutes early on the appointment date. The whole team was pleasant and a joy to work with!
Installation of three outdoor GFCI outlets w/ in-use covers was clean and neat and the Matt and Brandon were professional and gave a thorough explanation of the work when they were finished even though it was raining part of the morning.
Will contact them for my future electrical jobs!

Just a peeve: I understand about the current financial climate but they do charge a 3.25% CC fee. Bonus is they accept cash for those that don’t want to pay the CC fee.

Michael and Logan from Supreme Electric were fast, helpful, and professional! They answered all of my questions in a very simple and easy to understand way! I would definitely use them again in the future for my power and electrical needs.

To start here, 5 stars does not cover the great Job that Michael, Raina, and Gabe performed here. It was estimated to be a 2 day Job to swap out a old Funky Fuse Panel, bring all of the connections from the Pole to the House up to Code, and Ground my House here (which had never been Grounded, I was told the area around the house had been Infused or some such thing when it was built in 1950 instead of a proper grounding). With Quick and Coordinated hard work, the whole Job was done and over, with the Electricity back on in about 8 hours. The effort that these 3 fine Folks expended for me here will not be forgotten. If you have any Electrical Issues, get with these Guys they are Courteous, very Informative Professional People that get the Job done at a very decent Price.

Hands down, the best contractor I have ever hired! From the moment I spoke to someone in the office, to the final item to be completed, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. Michael was the lead on the crew assigned to my job. Fantastic person to work with. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and offered his expertise in the placement of lighting. John and Kenneth tirelessly installed items and were just as friendly and helpful! They kept the work area very tidy for the entire 3 days. I highly recommend Supreme Electric!

We needed to have a 220 wire no longer in use disconnected from our panel while doing a remodel of our utility room. We thought we would have to schedule an appointment at least several days out and delay the project but they were here within three hours! They texted scheduled arrival time, arrived on time, were professional and fast. We will definitely use them again!

The website look legit with high ratings, so I'd figure I give it a try. After explaining my electrical outlet issue. It was explained the cost was $300.00 just for the call, and further cost after diagnostics and then fixing the issue. During the call, he talked to someone else while I was on the phone still, then asked to put me on hold, after coming back on the phone, I was asked to text my name and number, and he'll get back in a little bit to check availability. Well a couple hours went by, and I got a reply of "OK" and nothing more about availability. I had to initiate contact two more times about availability. I was finally contacted with options of the late afternoon that day or the next. I explained that day would be best as my baby had surgery the next day. (Now this was communicate through text only.) He never confirmed, and finally called after 430pm that day making an excuse about his phone and not being able to come out, and proceeded to tell me the next day would work best. I agreed, and gave him the benefit of doubt. Figured it was busy, and people deserve chances. Well after waiting half this day and then two and a half hours the next. This company was a no call no show. I followed up with a call, and was told that all their jobs were done for the day, and he doesn't recall helping me or setting anything up at all. I am disappointed to say, there was lack of prompt communication, lack of courtesy, and professionalism. If this company didn't want my business. Maybe they could've given me the courtsey to go somewhere else. I was given the impression my request or job was not important or big enough for them to take on. I am greatly disappointed no apologies were given. All I can offer is advice for the company to go through more customers service training, and ensure future customer don't have negative experiences. Until then, I don't recommend this company.

Michael was very responsive and explained each step as he diagnosed and repaired my outlet - the fault went all the way to the breaker box. Same day service was +++++ when others were quoting availability one month or more down the line. Several businesses have yet to even respond. Thanks again!

Matt came in, in the clutch! I called him a week ago with a request for an inspection/quote. He met me at my house 20 minutes later and walked me through everything we would need to do. He came in WELL under the quote even though I had him do more than we had talked about. Extremely professional crew and Matt was a wealth of knowledge and ideas. I will definitely be calling him again for future additions.

Id like to thank Matt and his daughter for being literal life savers. Half of the place didn't have power what so ever. I called at 4pm for emergency services and he still found a way to make same day. He fixed the problem and so much more. He walked me through everything he was doing, told me every part of it and all while working on in real time. Matt found out that alot of the wiring in my place was bad and soon showed me what to look for and how to prevent possible disasters. I can't thank him enough for the instruction he gave me as well being able to show up at such short notice and be a literal life saver. I am not sure what I wouldn't done if he wasn't able to make it today and kept the power going. Matt even extended his help through the phone if I ever needed it. Once again thank you for the great service and work. IF YOU EVER NEED A TRAILER WORK ON, MATT IS YOUR GUY. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Helped when others would never return call. Manager/owner worked us into their already busy schedule despite short notice. Technician on scene fixed issue in a very short time frame, explained issue so I could understand and was very friendly. Would use again and also recommend.

Highly recommend Intel Electric. Matt was able to take care of my electrical work the same day I called. Professional and friendly. I miscommunicated the scope of the job but he was able to remedy the next day. Can I give a 6th star for impeccable patience when dealing with a high maintenance client such as myself? Matt is fantastic! The best thing that I could say is that he is honest. He could have charged much more than quoted because he ran into unforeseen issues. His prices are reasonable, he is reliable, and the job turned out awesome. Intel Electric will be my go-to for all future electrical work.

Our technician was incredibly nice and solved all of our problems incredibly quick! Very knowledgeable and explained any issues we had. He completed his work in a timely manner and everything looks good as new. We haven’t hired an electrician before but would hire this company again without a doubt!

Had what I thought was a small project, changing out a few outlets in my house to get it up to code for sale. Turned out to be a bigger project than I thought. Intel Electric answered the phone on the first call, scheduled the appointment without hassle, worked with me on the issue so they didn't go in blind, the technician showed up on time, and knocked out the work in well under the time I was quoted. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and will definitely use them again.
