Buyers beware - they are quick to take your money and order things for you, but no one warns you that you can't return any special order items. Disappointing!

Dave at Brown's Electrical Supply is the kind of person you want on your side. I manage to call at the last moment at the end of the day and he is happy, cheerful, and most importantly still on the ball. Thanks for getting things to me at the worst of times.

Arctic Elevator has been working with Diane & Chip and the good people at Brown's professionally and personally for the last 16 years. They have been exceptional with customer service, very knowledgeable and sure beat the big box stores out there.

When the others didn't have the light I needed they had it (in stock).

The employees here are very knowledgeable and they will make sure you get exactly what you need. I would've bought something completely wrong if it wasn't for the employee knowledge. Not only did they save me time, but they saved me some money too.

Went in for a specific double breaker for our hot tub that is hard to find. They did not have it in stock, and offered to special order the breaker. We were looking for immediate purchase, so they looked for local alternatives even among competitors. They even made a call for us. In all, they were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. This is and will be my go to store for electrical supplies!

A sales representative sold us part that was not in a box, and we were not aware it was supposed to be in a box. The part did not work, but when my husband went to return the product a week after purchasing it (so well within the 30 day return period) he was treated VERY disrespectfully by the store manager. The store manager, Brian, spoke in a very disrespectful, curt, degrading manner, treating my husband as if he was trying to scam them. My husband had the receipt which contained the sales person's name, and he explained it wasnt in a box when the salesman sold it to him and he wouldnt know they were supposed to sell it in a box. Rather than speaking to the salesman for more clarification, the manager Brian assumed my husband was lying and said just about those words to him. We are filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not recommend Browns Electric, horrible customer service skills.

I’ve come a custom to the simple electrical fact that if Browns doesn’t sell it, you don’t need it. These are the professionals and they absolutely will help you every time. I cannot give them a higher rating. It’s not possible.

I worked with Gene while I was in Bethel, Alaska. He was the first person who knew what they were talking about and what they were asked about residential electric supplies. Gene even made sure that I had the proper supplies to get our house connected to electricity. When a customer is from rural Alaska, there is little room for errors as it may take several days for parts to come in via air cargo. Gene made sure I was taken care, and I will most definitely shop for parts from Brown’s Electric.

Josh is the most professional and knowledgeable electrician I have ever met. He redid my receptacles in my home and had it done so quick. He also has the coolest logo I have ever seen for an electrical business! 10/10 Highly recommend

Matt showed up on time with all the necessary equipment to complete a very extensive upgrade to our new home

He added and moved switches
Installed floor plugs and adapted electrical cords to lay flat under carpet
Difficult hard work that had to be exact
He even moved the furniture to make sure placement was correct
He did the shopping for exterior lights and save me hours of looking at fixtures that I know nothing about

If 10 stars were available Klondike Electric deserves that‼️

I highly recommend Klondike Electric. They are professional, quick, efficient and know what they are doing. They are the only electricians in town we will use. We have trusted them with multiple projects and they did a great job.

Was there reliably and did a great job wiring our shop. Thought of things that we never would have considered if we had attempted the job on our own. Made our lighting goals a reality!

They have completed projects that have been very challenging and did it in a manner that all involved are completely satisfied.
