Excellent service. The appointment was easy to make. The electrician, Bill, showed up precisely on time. He went around and looked at all of the scheduled work. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. He worked steadily and finished the job as in the scheduled time. Quality of work was fantastic. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

New Job: Had an electrician, Michael Osborn, come out and install a new GFI in a cramped crawl space. He showed up on time, quickly assessed the job, and did remarkable work. Service exceeded expectations. I will continue to use Supreme for all of my electrical needs.

I’m a little late to post this review, in any case, We had Supreme come out to our place back in September to install outlets and a camera system. If you have used contractors in the Anchorage area before? Then you know how rare great customer service is. Supreme Electric not only provides excellent customer service they came in much cheaper than we were expecting, just want to say thank you to Amanda, Charlie, Michael and the rest of the crew that helped us. We will be using Supreme for any future electrical work around the house.

Super happy with this company, especially their electrician, Michael. He came in between the time frame I was told over the phone and went right into figuring out what my problems were. He thoroughly explained what was happening and offered recommendations on how to find/prevent the same issues in our future home(s). Great customer service and fast, effective technicians. The admin staff did a great job with confirming dates and times, both by phone and email. The tech, Michael, was punctual, friendly, and a hard worker. He competently ensured all items needed for correction from inspection were completed to code and with the right parts (which were not as readily available as one would hope). Michael also conferred with his team to make sure a circuit issue was addressed in the most safe and cost effective way. All around a great experience and I won’t hesitate to call this company for electrical work in the future. Thank Michael!

I had efficient, neat, quality service with Sam from Supreme Electric. He showed up on time and quickly performed several outlet replacements. He was then able to install several new outlets and complete an add-on repair that developed since the service call was scheduled with the help of his co-worker Matt. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, good at what they do!

Awesome same day service. Adam was friendly efficient, meticulous and professional. Not only did he fix the problem but also looked out for our well-being by addressing a problem that could have impacted our safety. I enjoyed the hour we spent together. It was a pleasure to see such professionalism in this young man. I hope Supreme appreciates him!

Had many items taken care of today by Supreme Electric and their electrician Daniel (Danny) was amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions, fixed all of our issues, took great care of the property and was a true gentleman. I would highly recommend him and this company to complete your home electrical needs.

Supreme Electric is going to be my go to company for electrical installation from now on. A couple of weeks ago I requested a free consultation from Supreme Electric which is done during certain times of the week. This was exceedingly helpful in deciding which direction I wanted to go. Keith was able to professionally and accurately answer all of my questions I had about an installation project I wanted done.

After waiting for some light fixtures I had ordered from another company to arrive in Anchorage, I was eager to get the project going. From the word 'go' Keith and Katie were responsive and ready to get the installation moving forward.

Miguel and Mat showed up promptly and on time. They set the bar at a high level for what must have felt like a relatively small job for them. They did all the work I asked of them quickly and cleanly. They also did an excellent job of respecting the space, working in the tight confines of my home. They were even able to adjust the quote I had originally been given to include some additional outlet installation in my garage space.

I had some serious electric issues after purchasing a fixer upper (breakers popping, dead outlets, a live wire in the wall etc.) Supreme got someone out the next next morning. They are always response, professional and informative. Katie in the office works hard to work you in asap and Michael Osborn (electrician) is awesome to work with.

Supreme Electric is a top notch company! The customer service provided is professional and very pleasant. Our technician's name was Michael and he arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and informative. They make the scheduling and billing very easy and their prices are fair. Had 2 light fixtures installed. Work was well done, spaces cleaned up and done efficiently on time. Each employee I interacted with was friendly and communicative-from first call to schedule the appt to the installers. They’ll be our go-to in the future.

Michael Osborn was a great help for my needs. I didn't know what our problem was (other than my efforts to do my own electrical work originally). He jumped right in, found the likely flaws in my work, and didn't even tell me to stop trying. Haha. Thanks for making me look good for my wife.

Hiring Supreme Electric for a third time, this project was a lot more complicated. Supreme was contracted to upgrade an existing overhead service line to meet code by lowering the remote meter base, service grounding and bonding, install a manual transfer switch, and interfacing with the new underground line installed by Chugach Electric (Sturgeon) along with a number of additional complimentary items. Permitting required. Highly professional and courteous in a manner that did not interfere with the necessary in-home work.

Communication and service was great Michael Osborne came right out was very professional and very knowledgeable. Repaired our electrical issue with no problem. Highly recommend supreme electric.

The receptionist answering the phones for Supreme Electric scheduling has the audacity to charge an administrative fee of $35 just to book an appointment! Folks, don't allow that policy to permeate a culture of overpriced even before the appointment day arrives. I was also told their labor rate was $150/hrs, but after making an appt and hanging up, I started to feel buyer's remorse creeping in and I felt anger. I quickly found a less expensive alternative and canceled my appointment that had been set for 3 weeks out. I just lost $35 for calling this overpriced greedy company. Buyer Beware....don't even bother calling, as it will immediately cost you $35 with a no refund policy. That's a bunch of crap and no way to run a reputable business!

Adam Davis from Supreme recently did some electrical work on behalf of my landlord. The service was excellent and quick. Adam was incredibly courteous and fixed the problem in no time flat. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Installed two lights and a hardwired security camera. Added two outdoor electrical outlets.
Was told the electrician would tie into my existing lines for the outdoor light from under the house. Instead, they cut a piece of my wall out and then just screwed the piece back onto the wall. See attached picture. Very unsightly. It's going to be pretty unpleasant to try to patch.
The installer also lost one of the screws to the outdoor light as he was installing it, so he helped himself to the other, unopened box containing my second outdoor light (being installed at a later date) and used that screw. Now the other light is short that install screw.
The light that was installed in the kitchen is now flickering.
The security camera and outdoor outlets seem fine. So far...

We had a breaker blow and it looked bad. We were lucky to get the dream team Michael and Issac. They arrived well before we expected. From start to finish they were professional, respectful and efficient. They explained all necessary repairs in detail. All my questions were answered clearly. I was 100% confident they knew what they were doing. Excellent customer service! I laugh at the 1 one star review on line! Five star experience all the way.

With all these great reviews..I don't know what happened with me. What a long drawn out work. Took all winter. all electrical put on one box so when I turn on kitchen light all other lights turn on to. And I can't use my air conditioner and dryer at same time. If I do the switch turns off. And they said they gave me a discount. I guess they were OK but ...and light switch was put behind the door in one of the rooms and the fan in kitchen diconnected...all weird. The only communication I got from them is no show...
