I recently had some work done to my garage. Mr Doug was initially assigned but was off this week, regardless, he was able to fit me in this week right away.

My project was then assigned to Fred to fix half of my garage since the drywall on my ceiling came down. Luckily the drywall and insulation was held up by a bag and the garage door bar or it would have been a mess. He started on Monday and finished on a Wednesday and the work was outstanding. He kept me updated and shown me what was completed each day, very professional and even gave me some advice on what other little things I should do to fix some things. I can’t tell you how stressed I was with this mess that was unexpected but couldn’t believe how fast and professional Fred and your company was to be able to fit me in and complete the job in a few days.

I was very happy with the job Fred completed and I’m sure the work that he completed on other jobs were outstanding too. Thank you!!!

We have used Taylored Restoration twice for home issues. One flood and one carpet cleaning. They were absolutely wonderful and responsive on both occasions. The billing to our insurance was seemless and our home was back to normal in less than a week. They are absolutely the experts in this field and will call again for both remodeling and restoration.

Taylored Restoration will give you an estimate and draw up an agreement only to Come back not only once, but twice after the project has started to make it “cheaper”. Less expensive flooring in the situation I’m referring to, not only once but after the project was started came back a second time with an even cheaper option.

Taylored will ONLY out one coat of paint on your walls

Taylored will NOT do any matching for transition strips from vinyl flooring to next

Taylored WILL leave cabinets unfixed to walls an unleveled

Taylored says they will send a final cleaner, however none of the ceiling fans in house were cleaned, cobwebs in the corners of ceiling from dust collecting, not a single window cleaned, adhesives left to the flooring from when they covered them to protect them

Only came in 7 weeks behind schedule & hear nothing but complaining coming from project manager Brian. Throughout the project I was monitoring for out of state friends, Brian (the project manager) treated me like literal garbage, abusive language towards his staff and customers, has a superiority complex, sucks at customer service & could clearly care less above finishing project in a timely and professional manner. A complete jerk!

I hope everyone at Taylored has to deal with a project where someone like Brian is their contact so they can see the level of customer service they are allowing their brand to represent.

Needless to say, if you’re able, save yourself the headache and go with another company.

There was only a single person doing the majority of the installation work. Was expected to do sheet rock, paint, trim, plumbing, electricity.

Essential the house was left abc competed with the bare minimum to finish the project.

Kitchen sink was left not completely hooked up and has a leak.

I have had two separate experiences with Taylored Restoration's staff over the past several years. In both instances the staff has been prompt, professional, and communicative. The employees I have dealt with not only had the knowledge and skills to do the physical part of the job, but also had the equally important skill of great customer service! Patience with my many questions and a calming, competent presence in the face of a stressful experience for me as a homeowner are two of the things that come to mind when I think of Taylored!

Taylored Restoration did a great job on our burst pipe. They were a recommended contractor with USAA insurance and did a fantastic job. We had our heat go out in one of our zones during the cold spell and the pipe froze. When we got it unfrozen guess what, the pipe was burst in 4 different places. We had a plumber come over and fixed the pipe. They then came over and cleaned up the mess, then restored it to a better than original condition. They were in contact with us and let us know what was happening and when they would be over to do the work. I would recommend them to anyone that has a problem that they can solve. Very satisfied with their work.

To everyone who suffered damage to their home from the November 30, 2018 earthquake, I want to let you know my experience with Taylored Restoration. I was fortunate that the damage to my home was mainly cosmetic- cracks in the sheet rock around all the numerous doors and windows. I did suffer water damage along one wall in the living room from flashing that had pulled away on the outside. ( The roof was under warranty from the roofing company so they repaired the flashing but not my wall). Despite multiple calls to various contractors and repair people, I was unable to get anyone to come out and give me an estimate until I contacted Taylored Restoration. I explained that I realize my damages were not as severe as many other homes but I still wanted them repaired and that I was not in any rush. They sent out Doug Steffans to estimate the length of time needed for the repairs and quote the hourly/material cost. Eventually, I did get 2 other bids which were less costly but Doug Steffans went through each area in my home thoroughly explaining what needed to be done. I felt that Taylored Restoration had the best plan although it would be more expensive. When it came time for my job to be completed, their employee Andrew Villarreal called me on a Sunday so he could come over to see the areas needing to be fixed starting that Monday. What a nice, conscientious, meticulous, courteous person.He asked when was the earliest he could start each day. I told him 0630-0700 start was fine with me. He kept me posted about the work in my house and the cost. His masking of the areas not being plastered/painted was impeccable. At the end of each day, he made sure the work areas were clean.There was no stray paint or plaster on any of my furniture/floors. It took 2 weeks the work to be completed. It was well worth it. At completion, Andrew went through all the areas and what was done. You cannot tell any damage occurred to my home from the earthquake. Andrew is truly an artist . He takes great pride in his workmanship and it shows. My home looks so much better now than when I initially purchased it 24 years ago thanks to all their work and recommendations. Debbie Petersen, who manages the office sent me a detailed invoice at the completion of each week of work. What a lovely person to talk to. She was very helpful and efficient. I recommend Taylored Restoration highly. I have already recommended them to 2 other colleagues who need work done in their homes. I would definitely use their services again if the need arose. The saying " you get what you paid for" is true. They have exceptional service, workmanship, and staff. If quality matters to you, go with Taylored Restoration!

After our house fire the Taylored staff were compassionate and sensitive to our needs. They exhibited patience as we took in the full extent of the damage to our belongings. They were respectful with everything from restoring the items we selected to disposing of the items we chose not to restore. They even set aside several boxes of items that were undamaged for us to retrieve.
The financial portion of our experience was not so great. It is a very long story and all I can offer is if you are working with Taylored make sure you check in with them frequently keeping them informed of your insurance claim process. Expect to do all the paperwork and to be the middle man between your insurance company and Taylored. This way you will not be left with a large bill to pay.

The professionals at Taylored handled every detail of our flood and made working with our insurance company easy. We appreciated their expertise, advice and efficiency. They were recommended to us by a neighbor and we are happy we chose to work with them. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Taylored Restoration on numerous occasions over the past 7 years -- they're detailed, responsive, and do excellent work!! One situation involved a mass flooding at a transitional housing property in the dead of winter during an extremely cold snap. The Taylored team was on site immediately, and within an hour had stopped the flooding at the source, begun the process of remediation, and secured the area. They were a true blessing in a crisis situation! I've also worked with them in the area of philanthropy, and can say without hesitation that Trent and his team are true supporters of our community! Whether it be an emergency or a regular contracting project, you will get nothing but the best from Taylored Restoration!

Taylored has done a number of jobs for me and they always do excellent work. This most recent job was installation of two windows. The workmen were pleasant and did a great job and Leif bird dogged the window company to make sure I got my screens (thank you, Leif).

I especially like that I can always get a hold of someone and get a prompt response.

We had a water damage during the storm and those guys did a great job! The owner Trent even called and checked on us to make sure we were happy with the work and timelines!

Very friendly office and field staff. The crew(s) cared for my home as their own, and as requested, they kept constant communication every time they entered and left the house. Job details were given with plenty time to be reviewed, questions to be answered, and changes to be made. Even through some bumpy issues with suppliers briefly stalled the job, they did not hesitate to keep me up to speed on delivery dates and service times. They were very patient with me as well. Jen was amazing, Gordon was very informative, and Monica did a wonderful job handling the supply issue. Thanks Again, I will be doing business with Taylored in the future, for non-emergency work next time! :)

My condo was damaged in the Nov 18' earthquake. Taylored restoration took the initiative to handle 100% of the necessary repairs to get the condo back into condition, however the condo looked even better after Taylored came in and did repairs. I was very impressed. They did an amazing job, The home even had that "new home" smell. It wasnt a difficult process either, The contractor already knew what needed to be done just from a 10 minute walk through. Theyre so quick to get things started I was surprised when the contractor called me to ask, "What color do you want the new paints to be?" It felt like I was being catered to a new home. It was an good experience. They work with your homeowner's insurance as well. They have a great office team and a great crew. Doug was my contractor, and I hope its him next time too!

Avoid at all costs. Dealing with Juan was difficult and time consuming. His communication was unprofessional and I will never use this business because of how he deals with customers. We had a flood in a rental that we own and after agreeing to use his company I asked when the work would be completed, his response “it’s done when it’s done, we have so many other jobs right now”. Insurance covered his charges which amounted to over $11,000 for just mitigation work (they are beyond overpriced - you should see all the small charges they write on the bill). Luckily, insurance payed them but until they were issued a check I was regularly harassed by phone and email. I asked him to be patient but he was not and threatened to charge me additional money. The insurance company took care of everything and paid everything he asked for but dealing with tailored restorations from start to finish was just a nightmare. If I could do it again, I would have went with TCM, better quality work, better reviews and much more reasonable.

I returned from out of state to find out I had a disaster at my home. Taylored Restoration was called and immediately responded to get the major damage from a flooded house cleaned up. It took several months of work due to the magnitude of the damages to complete the work. During this time I had many of their staff in my house working every day. I must say that everyone I dealt with were professional and knowledgeable in their various work areas. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Taylored Restoration services twice, once for water damage and once for earthquake damage. Each time they were professional, up front about costs and extremely timely in their response time. They gave us confidence the work would be done correctly and coordinated the entire water damage project including with our insurance company.

We are SO pleased with Taylored that we recommended 2 neighbors use them for the earthquake damage. Both neighbors were pleased with their services as well.

My name is Nancy and I was a customer of Taylored in April 2019. I can't even begin to describe the experience I had. My house, basically my kitchen suffered water damage. It took two years for someone to work on it. The previous company, which I will not name, left my kitchen in my dining room and never came back. It was left that way for a year! Finally I was asked to choose another company and there was Taylored! The customer service I received from all the personnel I encountered there made me so happy, yet still untrusting. They kept saying we'll get your house fixed! The people packed my belongings up with care and stored them. Kevin was the one who installed, painted, suggested work for the safety of myself and my home. He was meticulous and took great pride in his craft! There was another gentleman who worked on the floor and trim. He did an excellent job! Angie, Kelli and everyone were so understanding. I'm sorry if I forgot other associates names. They brought all my things back, unpacked it all and took away the paper and boxes. The ones I wanted to wait to unpack were picked up later. Thank you to Taylored as a whole! A company that cares about their customers and the job that they do!

I recently had a major water leak in my house. I was contacted by Taylored Restoration via my insurance company and was NOT DISAPPOINTED. The crew was very professional, polite and respectful while they worked. I have two kids and wife at home while work was happening and they would always ask her if they are being too noisy or warn her in advance of construction. They were always open to questions I had and were always available to address any of my families concerns.

I have been very impressed with Taylored. They came to our rescue after a terrible remodel of our bathrooms was done by another company. They repaired our roof structure,did an amazing drywall job and the tile work was very neat and custom. I would recommend Steve Rocker to anyone wanting to get an estimate. He has been lovely to deal with and has always shown my family a lot of care and respect during this time.

We had extensive water damage to our home from a failed valve. Taylored Restoration was booked for a week or two before they could get to us but we opted to wait for them and we are very glad we did. The estimating and scheduling was easy, all the trades were coordinated well, we know when people were coming and they all showed up promptly when expected. The quality of work was excellent and I'd be happy to work with them again.

Really disappointed with the service we received. At first we thought it would be good, and they were on the ball, HOWEVER; We were asking for estimates and after their evaluations and several weeks of radio silence we received their estimate at more than double what was a “ballpark” estimate for their services. Since they charge a percentage of the estimated cost and make you sign in advance, we were pigeon holed into paying an enormous amount for them to put together and estimate. I get it? They work with insurance companies a lot but I was very upset by the cold and unprofessional way they handled everything. Avoid at all cost for large projects if you are shopping around.
