Called and scheduled a move in clean for my house that was pending sale. Spoke to Diane on the phone and she stated how good a job she does and how cheap she is. Well cheap she is, but does not clean that well. I had two different realtors walk through the house and report back that it looked like the house was cleaned with a dirty rag. My realtor discussed areas that needed re-cleaned, but when he went back to check on the house only a few of the items were completed. Be careful using this service, make sure you don't pay until the house meets the standard.

Diane made things right, she is a very professional woman. She stands behind her work, and if you aren't satisfied she will make it right for you. She 100% guarantees her work, I had a positive experience with her. I will use her again in the future when we move out of our current home. If you are looking for a friendly house cleaner, who is genuine and kind, I would recommend Diane.

I simply cannot say enough good things about A Affordable Cleaning! We needed to have a 1400 square foot apartment cleaned immediately. The unit was filthy. Diane did a spectacular job on the cleanup and did it at a very reasonable price. Diane from A Affordable Cleaning was fantastic! She did a move out cleaning at less than half the cost of the local competition. The house was a disaster but Diane took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. She was prompt in answering phone calls and questions, and I would recommend using her services any day for any type of cleaning. Don't bother calling around- Diane has the lowest prices in Alaska by far.

I am a single mother of 2 children and I am so Grateful for Diane services for my move out clean. I call several companies and they were at least double and triple the price of Diane. She is the lowest price in town and did the best JOB I every seen. She did a super job on cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment. She pulled all the appliances out and cleaned behind them and inside. She made the Kitchen and Bathroom Sparkle!!! She Shampoo all my carpets and cleaned my windows and blinds and even got into the crevices! My Landlord gave me back my full Deposit and asked who cleaned so they could use her for future cleanings of other units. I was so pleased that she was able to get me in at such a short notice. I will be definitely be calling her again and letting all my family and friends know what a GREAT JOB she did at such a low price!

Diane not only provides excellent service at an excellent price, she's also trustworthy, open, and honest. She will go above and beyond for her customers. She bailed me out on short notice multiple times by doing excellent move out cleanings when moving took longer than I had planned. She also did bi-weekly cleaning services in my home with two cats. I highly recommend her. I wish I could have taken her with me when I moved out of Alaska. :)

A friend gave me the temporary "gift" of Diane following surgery. I was so happy with her services that I now have her regularly every two weeks. I just wanted someone to clean floors, bathrooms, and spiff up the kitchen, and Diane does this for a very affordable price. She is dependable, communicates well, works quickly, is flexible with schedule when needed, and likes my dog!

I would highly recommend Diane's Services as I had an approx 1,800 sq. ft home that was a total mess due to renters and within 24 hrs of contacting Diane's Service it was totally ready to show! The kitchen counters and cabinets were amazing and looked new again along with the hardwood floors, carpet cleaning was great which saved me a call to a carpet cleaner. Diane fit me in to have my apartment cleaned at the last minute. I was exhausted after packing and decluttering my place for several days and she was a God send! I have used Diane several times to clean my Rental at a changeover. As you know sometimes there is not a lot of time between a move out /move in. Diane is always responsive and fits me in. She is reliable, trustworthy to be left alone in your place, professional and does quality cleaning. One knows that many times a rental is less than desirable to clean But Diane is always spot on and at a very reasonable price - certainly less then the quotes I used to get. Now I do not bother to get quotes I just call Diane!

For the entire 3bed 2 bath apartment she only charged $195, which was a great rate compared to a competitors quote of $800+. Diane fit us in to her schedule within a few days and did a move out clean on an ~1850sf, two story, 3br, 1.5 bath home. Her prices are very reasonable and she did a fantastic job. Our house looks spotless and very ready for our first open house tomorrow!

I have used A Affordable Cleaning By Diane's Service's 2 separate times now both times for move out cleans. The first time I was 7 months pregnant, and we were so impressed with the clean and how fast she was we knew right who to call when we needed somebody again (ironically for another moveout). I didn't have time to do the clean for the the 2nd move (with a toddler and trying to move into a house on the time crunch we were on, and I knew I could depend on Diane to do the job.
