Really good service and helpful during my visit for my dryer vent. I had my service done in November 2023 and I have been waiting for an invoice from them. I am a little disappointed that I was given an invoice on December 26, 2023 and to have it due in 10 days then I received a reminder on January 2, 2024 that I haven’t paid my invoice. I would recommend them to anyone but I can’t deal with a company that gives you 10 days especially after the holidays when life is busy to have it paid then a reminder. I paid it right when I got the reminder but I was planning on waiting until I got paid on the 4th. Personally, I think it’s quite rude and I don’t think I would use them again because of that.
