Best experience I have ever had with a company. Came and did an estimate the same day I called. They came back the next day and completed the job. They did an excellent job and their prices are unbeatable. We will be calling them to complete our front yard.

I should have learned. Every time I do an online order or look something up online to pick up the items they are listed wrong. Their online database is the worst I have ever dealt with. Generally I will order with Home Depot or if I have to count on what is listed online I will also go to Home Depot. Lowes is terrible, not just at this store.

That said, I find the personal and managers at this Lowes to be helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. The same has not been my experience at Home Depots. If a specific item is not critical I will go to this Lowes but I will never do an online order or expect anything to be as their site says in store.
