Reviews of local pros in Chugiak, Alaska

I text him yesterday and he was here first thing this morning.
Thank goodness my driveway was like a bobsled track! Excellent communication, great service. We will use Snowman again.

Great service and got to us quick. Located in Eagle River, truck was here within 3 hours even though he had a packed schedule. Now my go to snow removal.

Our driveway is a nightmare that has ensnared innumerable unwary guests and delivery drivers, as well as at least one professional plow guy. Most plow services take one look and nope right out if we get too much snow to handle on our own.

Snowman LLC did a phenomenal job clearing our driveway after the recent 2 foot snowfall proved too much for our little tractor plow. Glenn is an artist with that plow truck - he handled the weird curves and pullouts along our driveway and even managed to clear the snow around our snowed-in truck without berming it in or touching it.

If we get another heavy snowfall that's too much for our own plow, Snowman LLC is going to be the first one I call.

Amazing service and quality of work! Called on a Saturday and had a huge amount of snow moved on Sunday! Reasonable rates, and super friendly service. The cleanup at the end really puts this company in a league of its own!

Called him about snow removal from my roof since nobody else would answer or help. He went out of his way to help my wife since we had active water coming in the house and I was out of town. Great guy and highly recommend him for all of your winter time needs. If he can't help, he will make calls to try and get you taken care of.

Bad experience...When you plowed down my 2 lilac bushes ....last year just prior to Christmas.....Told you to stop...paid you and told you to leave....

Glen (the owner) responded promptly to plow me out when I got stuck in some deep snow about 100 yds down a neighbor's driveway. He was very friendly & professional, and I definitely feel more than fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend his services in the future.

My husband has been away for training and our driveway became buried in snow. I was so worried I would get stuck trying to get the kids to school Monday morning and shoveling would’ve been an impossible task with a baby who refuses to nap. I went on marketplace and contacted dozens of people who either never responded or were completely booked up. I finally found Glen through a Facebook group recommendation and he literally responded to me immediately. He happened to be in the area so he fit me in and showed up within minutes of me contacting him. I am SO grateful for his help and incredible kindness!!! Best service I’ve had in a very long time! Thank you again Glen!

What a great service snowman plow very professional after I called them. They were here within the hour and a half. they did a great job on my driveway sanding it I would highly recommend them

My driveway has an elevated grade which made it very slick from the last snowfall. I called Snowman and they came out within a couple of hours and sanded my driveway. I highly recommend their plowing and sanding service. I will definitely be using them in the future.

My review is a little late but worth mentioning. My husband and I had to clear our lot so we could get our camper out. It turned out to be a huge job and I knew we were in for a long day. I called Snowman LLC on a Sunday afternoon hoping for a miracle. To my surprise he was available and was able to come over within the hour. He did an amazing job and saved us from at least two days worth of work. If you have any snow removal jobs, big or small, give this guy a call. You won't be disappointed.

Snowman LLC is fantastic! We have reached out a couple of times now, once for a daunting, unpassable snow situation in the driveway of our vacant rental after the heavy snowfalls in December. Glen is always very responsive, friendly, professional and willing to fit us into his busy schedule in a very reasonable timeframe. Truly a rare find in these snowy times. The pricing is very affordable and the attention to detail, quality of the plow services and tidiness of the cleanup puts Snowman LLC a cut above the rest in book. My go-to plow service for now on. Thanks Glen!

Snowman is awesome. Always quick to respond and does a great job. Just had them out again today to help sand our driveway/parking area that became a huge sheet of glare ice after all the rain we've been getting.

My steep driveway was extremely iced over so I gave Glen a call. He came over that same day and dumped a bunch of salty sandy gravel which really did the trick! It’s now nice and grippy, even the UPS driver felt confident enough to drive up it today!

After the warm weather, my STEEP driveway became a sheet of ice. I called Glenn at Snowman, LLC and he was here within a couple hours. Spread a good layer of gravel on my driveway and I was able to get up without a problem. Excellent service and a super nice guy to boot. THANKS!

Extremely professional, made time on a Saturday to take care of my driveway. Had a frozen berm and he was able to clear it out. Highly recommend!

Haven’t actually used their services, but they were driving by and witnessed me struggling to clear the snow berm left by city plows. Without asking they cleared it in 30 seconds and continued down the road. Thank you guys saved me hours of work!

I highly recommend Snowman LLC for his sanding service as he put it down thick enough to make our very steep and long driveway usable again. I have tried a few other sanding services in the past, but they put the sand down so thin that the driveway remains too scary to drive on. We got home after a week out of town and found that the rain while we were gone had turned the driveway completely unusable. Fortunately Glenn was in the neighborhood, came right over and put down enough sand that we could use the driveway again. Instead of the driveway looking like the Zamboni had just gone over it, it now looks like a dirt road in the summer! Thank you.

I've been using their plow service for many years. The best!!

Dependable

Outstanding customer service.
