Annual maintenance for furnace & water heater - which EH installed in 2020.
I have been using EH for the past 7 years & for all of my heating & plumbing needs. Reliable, communication is great! They send reminder messages the day before & the day of service they text with a heads up the tech is enroute. They are amazing!

They did a great job installing my boiler and water heater this year. However, when I was having a flooding emergency the on-call tech was extremely rude to me after he finally called me after almost 2 hrs. He was later apologetic and I let this go as I know it was a difficult time for all HVAC companies. He said the next tech on-call would reach out.The next tech on-call told me that my work order would be the first one on his boss' desk after the holiday weekend. Then they no showed me for a scheduled appointment with zero follow-up. When they did come, they immediately said they couldn't do the work, and "the whole garage heater unit needed to be replaced." This was after sending photos and communicating exactly what the problem was. That tech was apologetic and said he would try to make it right. Again, zero follow-up. When I called AGAIN, after several days of heating my garage with kerosene, they told me it would be the 4 weeks before they could get to me. This is after already paying the company over $12K in work this year. I understand this has been a difficult time for companies to keep up, but all I needed was some communication.

Super impressed with Extreme Heating and Air. We went overnight without heat, called the office at 7am when they opened and had someone out by 8am to check it out. Fixed and up and running by 9am. So grateful for the excellent customer service and quick response!

While my husband traveling for work and I was home alone with our two babes, a pipe on our boiler flooded an area in our basement. I called, very stressed, and was greeted by a kind and empathetic woman who quickly got me scheduled. Joe, our service tech, went above and beyond to make sure repairs were made quickly and to prevent the water from damaging the adjacent area again. All while being quiet while my kids napped. I always feel at ease with a service team like this on call when the inevitable husband traveling disaster strikes.

Robby was excellent. Service was to estimate repair options, and the repair will be almost partial boiler replacement to get me through winter. Happy with the quoted price. Gave great recommendations. Looking forward to when Extreme can come back and replace the part.

Extreme Heating has come out and handled some plumbing and heating issues that many other companies have not been able to fix. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everyone that I have worked with takes pride in their work and is very friendly. They will forever be my "go-to" for all plumbing and heating repairs. Thank you!

Extreme Heating & Air was easy to get ahold of, explained their process thoroughly, and gave one hour time windows for their arrival which is great as a busy parent with other schedules to juggle. The text reminders with the names of the techs that would be coming to my house made me feel informed and safe. The technicians were kind and professional, explaining things to me and quoting exact prices once my issue was diagnosed. I appreciated their know how and how quickly they resolved the problem we had with our garage heater. They were flexible with scheduling, giving me several days and times that I could choose from and arrived within their stated window both times they came out (for diagnosis and with parts). They also took time to explain what they did and encouraged me to call with any concerns. Thanks for your diligence and professionalism!

Aaron and a lot of the people that work there are fantastic and do a great job. For them I would give 5 stars. Clint is the reason I’m giving 2 and I would give 1 star for him. He was extremely extremely rude on the phone very condescending. We had to switch contractors half way through our fireplace remodel and extreme heat when going through this was very understanding and worked well with us but when Clint came back from his 3 week vacation when I went to schedule the final framing he was rude and not professional at all making rude remarks about having to send guys over multiple times without mentioning the fact that they forgot to plug in the gas so had to come back out. That they would reschedule our appointment without even telling us so we waited for them and no one would show up. He said well we don’t have any openings for 2 weeks to finish it so oh well. And sure enough when it was the day of the apt 2 weeks later they didn’t come! And 30 min past the time they were suppose to come out and finish it he called saying no one was coming!!! I knew that would happen. Almost like he was trying to prove a point. My husband had to miss work waiting for them and for them to call after they were already suppose to be there was very unprofessional. So Clint was awful the rest was fine. Fireplace instal looks great though.

Kyle was amazing—very knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. He doesn’t leave the job until it’s done right. His level of excellence truly shows in everything he does. Extreme Heating & Air, Inc. has an excellent technicians and I would definitely recommend Kyle and Extreme Heating & Air, Inc, for all of my HVAC needs.

The Extreme team did an outstanding job responding to an emergency call and subsequently replacing my 52-old Peerless boiler. They were attentive, organized, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me up to date on timing and developments as the replacement progressed. I highly recommend contacting them for your mechanical needs.

My technician was Joe and he was awesome. I had completely forgotten about the unit that’s in the Garage and he happened to mention it to me and I was so grateful because like I said, I had forgotten about it and it did need a part so everything worked out awesome!! He looked at everything and was such a big help.

Extreme Heating is always honest on time and they give excellent Customer service. Cody came out today. He did an overhaul on my heater to make sure that there wasn’t any issues through the year. The price is fair and Cody knew his job very well

Great experience. Had an appointment scheduled for about a week out, but they had a technician become available later that day and were able to fit me in same day. Jason was very friendly and make quick work of the issue. Would recommend!

Kody was absolutely incredible! One of my units completely froze up and Kody found & fixed 31 (not a typo) breaks throughout the house to get the heat restored! Very grateful for his help & dedication to getting this unit back up & running!
