Very helpful and knowledgeable!

Had a question, only needed advice but they were super helpful in answering my questions.

Was helped when needing the last part availablle on Kenai Pennesula. Glad I called them and they held it till the next morning.

I've never used them for a service call but I can say the people behind the counter when it comes to parts have gone above and beyond consistently.

I had a pump replaced, and while I do believe the work was done professionally and I was given good plumbing advice a forehand, I do think the prices asked were high.

Caleb was on call this weekend and fixed my (emergency)furnace quickly, giving me all my options, was professional, and friendly. I can’t thank him and Preferred plumbing and heating enough!!

Lots of advice was given by the man attending us about some issues we were having on our furnace. Just wish they didn't have to book so far out to come service a boiler.

I used this company since I bought my home. I refuse to give my cc over the phone before any work is done and the woman was insulting. I do not recommend this company due to poor customer relations.

These are the guys to turn too. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and their parts department is always stocked.

This business is great. Preferred plumbing and heating is a long time all American company that has been serving the peninsula for years. Great prices, helpful service, and knowledgeable representatives.

Staff knowledgeable and helpful they carry parts for what they sell. Product they carry are quality items. Take them a drawing and they can put together a material list for plumbing, heating and water treatment.

Not impressed about the Culligan water system ‘repairs’ done recently in our home. Calls are not being returned, and being unable to use the water in your own home is unbearable. Not sure if preferred plumbing is related, but they’re in the same office. I just want decent water, and I want my Culligan water softener to operate the way it should!

They did a great job for us on a few different occasions. I'd recommend them. They also carry the hottub supplies that we usually have to get out of Anchorage.
