Best professional service on an installation I've ever encountered.

After two hip replacements and two torn shoulder cuffs, at 75 yrs. old, it's been difficult to roll out our portable 8KW Generac generator.

I contacted Pacific Electric LLC for an automatic generator installation. Artem, owner of the company, came over and saw our setup and agreed to install. He provided a clear, logical and affordable estimate and we set up a date.

We had over a month of extreme temperatures sometimes beyond -30 degrees. We also had two feet of snow on the ground. This past Friday, Feb 9, 2024, Artem and Eli arrived around 10:00 am. They first had to clear the site of snow, dug down in the dirt, covered the area with gravel and placed a huge pre-made cement pad for the unit. Around 5:00 pm, he finished connecting the unit. tested it and thoroughly explained the operation to me. We even connected it with Wi Fi.

Two days later, a huge storm with gusts to 35 knots came through our area. Power went out at 5:30 pm and we sat in the dark about one minute. Oh, the sense of security my wife and I experienced when the generator kicked on! The lights, TV and furnace all came back to life. The outage lasted until 8:30 pm and our home stood out all lit up in our dark neighborhood. I appreciated not having to go back outside to disconnect and roll the old portable generator back to the garage.

We had a few electric outlets that suddenly stopped working earlier today. We called Pacific Electric, they were able to come out today shortly after. They were very professional and efficient. They were able to fix the issues we had with all outlets and didn't take long at all. Great value for the price! We'll definitely call them again and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Very competitive price and quick install of a transfer switch. He helped show me how to use it with my generator for the first time and made sure everything worked correctly before finishing. I contacted All Phase Electric based on the overwhelming excellent reviews I’ve seen, and was happy to experience the quality if service everyone spoke of. Just came out to do several recommended repairs from our home inspection. When we received the estimate, the front office estimated it would be a several hour, possibly most of the day job. Just came out at 9, and was done with everything before 11!!! I couldn’t believe it! Quick, efficient, and quality service - couldn’t ask for a better experience! Highly recommend!!

Patrick, owner of All Phase Electric, not only will avoid your calls and not show up your appointments, he will also lie to your spouse and tell them the "other" tech must have ordered the wrong part again, all while trying to wait out your silly Silver Membership purchase, which does not in fact, get you any emergency visits, generator monitoring, or quicker service.

The part they put in my generator was faulty, and caused smoke to come out of my wall panel when the generator kicked on.
Patrick shrugged this off and said rarely would that *actually* cause a fire.....
And now for months, my generator has been shut off because Patrick couldn't manage to make a parts order within the 1st month after looking at the generator. I called him multiple times before i was informed, 2 months later, after calling multiple times for updates, that he ordered the wrong part when he finally did place an order.
Now, Patrick is not answering his phone as he avoids taking responsibility or taking care of his customers. I have been trying to get this part- still under warranty - since Sept. The incident happened in early August, but of course, Patrick was unwilling to come out any earlier than a month out, despite my having purchased the Silver package that offers emergency visits at discounted rates, among other discounts and benefits that don't exist when the company won't honor them.
Still hoping to get my generator repairs honored, but I will not recommend or use them again after we get this solved.

All Phase installed an in home generator recently and I was very pleased with their work. They also came and did some other work with was done beautifully. I have them scheduled for some work in the near future. I would recommend them if you are needing someone reliable to take care of your electrical needs. They also found a live wire that other people had missed completely.

The entire crew and office staff at All Phase Electric were professional, easy to work with and did a high-quality job in an efficient timeline. Excellent experience all around. Daryl Howard is the technician that did my work. He was very courteous, and professional. I could tell he enjoyed his work and that he cares about his reputation and attention to detail. The thought he put into the job was obvious as he verbalized the reasons for doing the things he was doing and how he was doing it. He was awesome!
Later in the day after the work was completed, I went into town to the office to ask to pay my bill. The lady behind the counter, I think her name was Michelle, told me the amount and I paid it. After I returned home, I later realized that she charged me the exact price of the estimate that I was given by someone else the week before the work was scheduled to be done. That seemed a little strange to me since the work did not take as long as the estimate and not all the parts were used. The company should generate an actual bill that reflects the job, not an estimate. That made me feel a little suspicious about the company, but the tech was outstanding!
