This is the only electrical contractor i will ever use. The owner has expert knowledge, is friendly, fast, and will work out any issue you may have professionally.

A1 Electric came out on January 12th to diagnose our bathroom fan, which had failed. The technician’s behavior during the visit was extremely disappointing. He used my toilet as a step to reach the fan and scratched it in the process. He was visibly irritated about having to check the attic and about needing to go get a ladder. He also spoke to me in a condescending way about a possible ventilation issue, acting as if I should already know about condensation and mold risks—yet made no effort to offer solutions, upsell a repair, or recommend someone who could help. His exact words were, “I’m not getting up there to do it.” Due to the technician’s unprofessional behavior, we decided we did not want them completing any work and instead chose to cash out through our home warranty (AHS). From that point forward, all A1 needed to do was provide AHS with the cost of a comparable unit.
It has now been OVER FOUR MONTHS, and they still have not responded to repeated requests from AHS for that simple pricing information. No work required—just an email with a number.
Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional conduct make this a company I would not recommend.

Scott was fantastic! Needed a couple of repairs after a home inspection and he squeezed me in same day to get it done before I left town. He’s knowledgeable, kind and reasonably priced! Wonderful, top-notch customer service!

Maybe it’s because they have a contract with HSA, but this was my experience. These thieves are in bed with HSA. HSA sends these thieves to your house to tell you that the bathroom exhaust fan works just fine because the motor is on and that HSA will not pay for anything else. Scott came in heard the fan on and saw the mold all over the ceiling and said that everything was fine! This was the second time A1 electric has done this to me. I called HSA and they said they have to wait for Scotts notes and diagnosis after I told her that Scott was still in my home and I can pass the phone over to him so she could talk to him. She said shed wait for his notes. I asked what was inputted into their system before. She said A1 electric never inputted any notes. But they received our money twice. This CON GAME that these two are pulling is a good one but I will be notifying the proper authorities.

Heavy equipment operator in the area and have used A1 several times on different jobs. Scott always shows up with a smile on his face and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone needing electrical expertise in the valley.

Scott has done numerous projects around our house for the past 4 years. We can always count on him to do a great job. Highly recommend!
