Rock Landscaping removed an old fire pit and patio where we had a lot of frost heaving. They created a ditch filled with crushed rock and put in a decorative stone border. They also repaired the construction area with hydro seed.

The Rock Landscaping crew & project manager, Austin were professional, easy to communicate with and performed the job in a timely manner. Chris explained everything as the project progressed, which was very reassuring.

We are very happy with the results and would absolutely use this company in the future.

I tried a few different landscaping contractors early in the season to have a full Lawn installed and have a fence built in my backyard, most of them either didn’t call me back after leaving multiple messages or never provided an estimate after coming out to my property. One did, Rock Landscaping, and let me tell you I’m glad they did. Russ came to my property personally and did the survey and promptly provided me with an estimate. He also explained in fine detail what he would do, what it would cost, and why it would cost that much. If you want attention to detail, Russ and Rock Landscaping are your lawn service contractors. His crew was always on time, very professional and always cleaned up after themselves. There was even an instance where one of his guys cut my satellite tv line, not only did he immediately inform me but he fixed it on the spot and re ran the cable and buried it properly, without question. 2 months later I have a beautiful green lawn and very well constructed fence around my entire back yard. If you want the work done right where they will not cut any corners and use quality equipment and materials, go with Rock Landscaping. Couldn’t be happier.

Russ and his guys did a great job for us. My husband is overseas and of course my house flooded. Russ was over the same day to check it out and the work started promptly the next day. They did quality work for a great price. They are very reliable and there was great communication. Would definitely recommend Rock Landscaping! Thank you for everything!

Rock Landscaping was utilized to design and install a concrete patio with a crushed rock border, and two sets of rock steps after we removed an older rotten deck. Rock Landscaping has a really good crew. Fernando is the best worker I've seen in a long time! He is a dang artist with rock. . . He is a perfectionist and he never quits, or even takes a break! He's happy the entire time, even when he's kneeling in the mud with it raining on him! We loved having the whole crew over. Chris was amazing on the equipment as well. They went above and beyond in helping us figure out what we needed, and the completed work, and extra effort will most certainly add value to our home. The rock work is absolutely beautiful! They all did an amazing and outstanding job for us!

Alex and Fernando of Rock Landscaping did a fantastic job on my lakefront. Alex and Fernando are hard dedicated workers that will work with you to get the job done right. They built a beautiful retaining wall of rock with 2 wide 6 ‘ wide steps leading to my boat dock. On top they set pavers to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with the completed job, their professionalism, and their willingness to get the job done the way I wanted it. These guys are very responsive and willing to go the extra mile when called for. I highly recommend Rock Landscaping.

Rock Landscaping did an amazing job reconstructing our 3-tiered, rock walled garden. It looks incredible! Russ and his son Alex (and team!) did a fantastic job remaining flexible and meeting our needs to work within our budget. They finished the project quicker than expected and surpassed expectations. I hired Rock Landscaping to replace a block retaining wall that was falling down. Wasn’t sure at first how I would like the rock wall, but I absolutely love it. The quality is outstanding, and it looks absolutely phenomenal.

The work was done a week before they initially scheduled it, and it took about a day and a half to complete it. They showed up first thing in the morning, and got an amazing amount of work done each day.

Rock Landscaping removed and rebuilt our retaining wall, which is about 190 feet long. It had been damaged in the 2018 quake and had been crumbling since. The new wall looks much better and includes much better drainage. The crew was very professional and ran a very clean, organized worksite. They were not the cheapest bid we received, but I think the craftsmanship and quality of the work is worth the price. Russ (the owner) is a straightforward guy who still operates under old school rules and work ethic.

We are new to the area and in need of retaining wall reinforcement. Not knowing anyone in the area, we have been relying on Google reviews to select contractors...and Austin at Rock Landscaping lived up to the reviews and did not disappoint!!

Rock Landscaping definitely exceeded my expectations! The owner was knowledgeable and explained the job process to where I could understand it. His patience and understanding with my many questions was taken with respect and always got back to me with a straight answer. The project itself included foundation waterproofing and putting a sump pump in correctly where a previous company did not do it right. We came across an unexpected issue and he was able to give me an estimate the same day and was willing to work with us! Now the workers... they were amazing!!! Diving right into the job and got it done. There was a lot of dirt to dig and come out, but I have never seen things done so neatly and respectfully. There equipment and supplies were not all over the place keeping everything and everyone safe. When the project was done, I promise you it looked like we never had any work done on the property! We were so impressed and thankful we found these guys. They are honest, respectful, and we appreciate what they have done for us! If ever i need any kind of landscaping done I am going to be contacting them again!!

I’m stunned at the outcome. I approached Russ and Alex after seeing a neighbor’s retaining wall. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, just had an idea. Alex came out walked the area with me and developed some imaginative options and a design that retained the natural slope and incorporated materials that look like they belong here. I’m overwhelmed with how lovely it turned out and know it will last a lifetime.

We give 10 stars!! We were amazed at the craftsmanship, thorough design and professionalism. We had extensive rock landscaping and a fire pit area installed. Rock Landscaping exceeded our expectations! On time, communicated with every step. We will be repeat customers no doubt!

Russ and his crew did an outstanding job. The rock retaining walls are exactly what we wanted and the yard was re-contoured and landscaped for erosion control. Very good crew, fast and very courteous. We were lucky to have the work done at the beginning of summer. Overall one of the smoothest job we had had done. Highly recommend them for anything that needs extra attention to detail.
