I'm glad we hired Polar Tree and Engine Care to trim several overgtown trees in our backyard. They responded immediately to my inquiry and made an appointment to come out and look at the trees and then followed up with a competitive bid. The results are great! The trees are trimmed back from an overhead cable line, and look very nice. They asked for our input as they made cuts, to make sure we would be happy with the results.

Just wanted to Share an EXCELLENT & OUTSTANDING service review of Polar Tree & Engine Care…I had over 25 trees in my modest back-yard. John made a visit last fall in 2024, and we decided to make a re-assessment in the Spring of 2025. In the early de-thaw of 2025, we elected to execute the tree cut early…I very much appreciate the team’s effort based only in part on the wind-event we had in the fall of 2024. He and his team were great! They were accommodating, nice as human beings, they were on-time, they were and are reliable, they are pleasant, and they follow through. I had a team of two in March, and they crushed it! They coordinated and discussed the details of what they would cut, what they would leave, and what they would take away…great coordination and a trustworthy local company, and highly professional! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great customer service. Was nice to have my snow blower picked up and dropped off at my home. They were fast with the repair too.

Couldn't ask for better. Exceeded my expectations. On time, worked extremely hard, cleaned up after themselves. Can't believe what John, the owner, can do. Climbs like a monkey, hangs on to trees swaying back and forth and drops 100's of lbs of timber right where he wants it. All his guys are polite and everyone answered any question I had. Most of all I was really impressed with their safety preparation and execution. Would reccomend them to anybody.
