Came by to fix my dishwasher. I was hoping to avoid replacement, they came through noticing some things that been put together wrong by previous owner, straightened it all out. If I have an appliance issue I'll call them again.

James came out today to repair my refrigerator. He was very courteous and respectful of my home. The price was below what i was expecting to pay.

We own a Bosch Dishwasher that was not installed properly, so that if you opened the racks, the dishwasher would lean forward. Jim came out, knew exactly what he was doing, took his time and ensured the dishwasher is installed correctly now. We were extremely pleased and felt the price was more than fair.

This is an excellent and honest company that really looks out for the best interest of their customers. They are very knowledgable and offer several solutions for repair. They came out to fix our refrigerator and discovered the costly problem. After speaking with us more, they figured out that this part should still be under warranty with the manufacturer. Rather than just doing the repair and making the money, he was honest with us and helped us go through another company to get it covered through the warranty. He put the customer above making money for himself. That is rare to come by. We will definitely be using him in the future.

Small arrival window (11-1), and he arrived right at 11:00. Replaced the pump with the needed LG part that he brought with him. He clearly described the issue, fixed it, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use this family owned business for any other appliance repair issues.
