Jim was able to help me resolve an issue over the phone today and get my dryer up and running. His knowledge and customer service was great! Not alot of folks would call you back on a Saturday and be willing to troubleshoot with you. This type of integrity earned me as a future customer for sure!

Great Service. Fast, responsive and professional. Jim called and was able to diagnose the problem as a bad inverter board in my refrigerator. He brought the part with him the next day and we are good to go. Had the part installed in 15 mins. Very professional and honest. Will use Vision appliance repair for all my future repair needs.

I can’t say too much about my experience, but this LOCAL company was a pleasure to work with. I called a few places only to find out I was getting outsourced from a hub. I wanted local. Prices were fair. No upsales, but no penalty $$$ for calling them either. I can’t remember the last time I can say I was happy to pay for the service i received. PS- it was a 4 year old front load washer.

Needed some trouble shooting help on a wall range. Called Vision, had someone the next day at my door on time. Didn’t take long to find the problem professionally with support on repair next steps. Refreshing to have such professional, timely and courteous service.

Ok I made a few phone calls around my home. My prior go to company no longer was servicing my area. Mary called me back very friendly, personable and cordial. Set my appointment. Jim her husband came to inspect our combo frige/freezer on and off fan noise. Of course he came and there was no noise. He called me to say NO Charge for the visit. If it starts up call me back then I would have to charge. Needless to say how many repair services do that? Well the next day the noise came back. He diagnosed and ordered the part. quoted the price including labor. I can tell you that it was never easier and more reasonable. It was really a breadth of fresh air treatment. I almost don't want leave my review out of fear they will get 'too busy' once other people hear about them. Thanks Mary and Jim for great communication, follow up and quality service.

Jim and Mary were fabulous to work with! Jim is kind, professional, communicative and made the necessary repairs without charging me an arm and a leg. He explained my options clearly and helped me save money by giving me an honest opinion about what was likely going on and what my options were. An absolute stand out company that I would highly recommend.

I normally don’t write reviews but I was very happy with Vision. They worked on my stacked washer/dryer when other service companies would not. They were very friendly, did a good job and their service rates were very reasonable. I will use them again for future repairs.

Super nice experience all around. Mary was pleasant to talk to about my service and was stuck to contact me about any delays in my service. James was available earlier than my time window and called ahead instead of just showing up. He was very respectful and polite throughout his time here. He was very thorough in troubleshooting and fixing our samsung and cleaned up afterwards. The price of the service was very reasonable also. They inspected the Fridge with a house visit, planned another one once thawed out, then ordered parts and installed.

It is $85 for a house visit as of mid 2023 (subject to change) and was comparable to rates others would charge, but their professionalism shined each step of the way. Would gladly do business with again!

Last week we tried using the self clean feature on our 26 year-old gas stove the lock on the oven was jammed so would not work, rendering the oven unusable. We called Vision Appliance in Mesa, an amazing family run business. First of all, the son, James came to assess the problem and determined we would need a new part for the oven door, which, for a stove this old, was impossible to find. Mary, the Office Manager (and Mom) spent hours browsing parts manuals, etc. to no avail. The next day James and his Dad, Jim came back, determined to repair the lock, took the oven apart and fixed the issue without a new part. The entire family were polite, friendly, professional and very efficient. We appreciated their determination to help us and would highly recommend you contact Vision Appliance for any appliance issues!

I was very concerned when our ice maker unexpectedly stopped working and when Jim came out he showed me what was wrong with it, so I knew that I needed it replaced. Fortunately, he had the part with him, so it didn't require a 2nd trip. I trusted him to make the repair (rather than seeking a second opinion) and hopefully we will have ice soon.

Our icemaker stopped working so we called Vision Appliance and were very happy with the service we received. James called me when he was on his way. He was prompt, considerate and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did, the repair that was needed and why. He ordered the part and was back in two days to complete the repair. The price was very reasonable. I seem to have lost my old, reliable appliance repair folks, and decided to check out Vision because they are close to my new place. I reached out late on a Friday afternoon, and got a text response nearly immediately. We coordinated over the weekend and I was right as rain Monday morning.

When I told them my washer probably just needed some tightening at the supply they made sure I understood the (very reasonable) service charge would apply if no repairs were needed, but that charge would go to the repairs if there was an issue. That's a fair policy my last folks had too, and I appreciated the notice. Overall, they did exactly what they said they would and even offered to come out again at no charge if I still had any problems.

Great experience overall; I'll definitely be calling James and Mary if I need appliance repair down the line. 👌

I called for timing and an estimate on a repair for my GE French Door freezer. It was leaking water from the bottom of the freezer. Mary provided me with and estimate and schedule the repair for the next morning. James arrived promptly he was very respectful and explained what he was doing during the repair.
