They ensured all the necessary permits were obtained before they started the work and coordinated a comprehensive inspection upon completion, which was passed with flying colors. The quality of the work is impressive to say the least. Despite being in high demand, particularly during the winter months, they always manage to respond to inquiries and requests. We've been patrons of Tom & Sons Chimney Cleaning for roughly 15 years. Herbert has consistently demonstrated honesty, even when it meant we didn't proceed with a service we were contemplating.
