Tristan is one of the most well-informed individuals in the chimney sweep field and provided the optimal solution. The job was primarily for the living room fireplace, but he also offered valuable advice for the basement level, even suggesting a solution that his company doesn't provide. Now, that's what I call integrity! The office staff, particularly Jeffery, ensured I was always up to date as the crew dealt with challenging weather conditions. The crew was tidy, friendly, and did an exceptional job. Comparing my chimney to those cleaned by other companies in my neighborhood, the superior quality of their work is evident. if you want your chimney cleaned, i highly recommend perfect pick chimney cleaning. from booking the appointment to the actual service, everything was handled really well. when arriving at my home in mesa, craig was thoughtful, kind, and worked quickly. i wouldn’t use any other chimney sweep company—this one is fantastic.

i have never had a more professional and respectful experience with a chimney sweep than i had with paul from perfect pick chimney cleaning. he did everything you want when someone comes to clean your chimney—thorough inspection, friendly smile, very patient, and even made sure to wipe his feet before coming inside (which means a lot since so many workers just track dirt in). if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
