The young man that answered the phone in the office is unprofessional and lied to their customers! He is a bully and disrespectful to older clients! I have spent over $1500.00 with this company and they try to over charge me every chance they get!! Also when I needed a third house done they came and sprayed for full price and then when I needed them to come back because the weeds were coming back all over they said no no warranties because I didn’t pay for there yearly plan but they forgot I have a plan on my other house and you should still warranty your work! ! I’ll send pictures

I have been using them for bug services for years now. I recommend them to everyone that asks me. The techs are always pleasant and helpful.

We’ve been using Bucksworth for the past 3 years now. They’ve been pretty good so far, always on schedule. Pests do seem to stay away for a while after their visit. You’ll get your occasional bug here and there but for the most part they are dealt with. We really just wanted to leave a review to give a shout out to Joe for going above and beyond in the last service he did at our home. He sprayed areas that other techs normally did not do. Overall we are pretty satisfied with their services.

If you’re still using anyone else, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Bucksworth is 10/10! Customer service is the best, their team in the field is thorough and professional, and they show up at the time they say. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this company.

Nick is very friendly and my dog loves getting pets from him! He does a great job treating my property against pests and even takes care of the ants!

I have been very happy with the services for over 10 years . They did send a tech with a personal problem, which has been resolved. I have a new tech and hope my services will be as good as the past . The new Tech was very great and happy to serve inside & outside . We appreciated his knowledge. Thank you for sending this tech and hope to have him as our permanent technician .

Bucksworth always does a thorough job with our pest control. The technicians are responsive and knowledgeable. We’ve been using them since 2021. They’ve helped us with a few unexpected issues that cropped up over the years.

We’ve had or home serviced for pest control by Bucksworth for two years now. They’ve always done an amazing job. They’ve even worked with me to come out between services when I’ve had issues with certain insects. Today we had Max come out to spray. He was fast, efficient, and listened to what our specific needs were. Thank you!

Today was our 2nd treatment with Zachary. The tech was very knowledgeable in the industry and gave us so many pointers on what we can do to keep going bug free outside and inside. I mean who knew bugs can get in through the crack on a screen door where they assemble them. Zachary took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. Thankfully none inside. Huge shout out to the tech for his hard work and dedication with tons of knowledge. If y'all need a GREAT bug company dont hesitate to reach out!! You won't be disappointed. We have been customers of Bucksworth for pest control for many years and have had nothing but repeated great experiences with them. Casey P did a thorough job and communicated well with us before the job was done.

Had services on 1/15 and have been wondering why all my plants in my front yard are dying/dead now. Just received our cameras and have footage of the man spraying all my plants with weed killer.

I am hoping this company will be honorable and pay to replace my plants.

In the videos you can clearly see my plants are green and growing healthy and are too huge to be weeds, now they are all brown and dead. 😭
I’ve had those plants in my yard for the last five years and never had this issue with this company or the one I used previously.

This company is a scam. They schedule your first visit and then charge you monthly even though they never come back to service your house. I've taken off work to make sure I was home at scheduled time and they never showed twice. When I try to cancel, they only have AI to answer the phone. When we called, AI has transferred us to another AI agent. We cant cancel our plan. They keep charging us monthly. ~Alexis Tuo

We've been using Bucksworth for 3 years now for weed control. They do an amazing job. I love how maintenance-free my yard is now. They are an amazing and reliable company. You will not be disappointed if you hire Bucksworth for home service needs.

Casey was prompt and even early for my service. He was very polite and helped me get all the spiderwebs on the outside of our house. He took his time and made sure we had everything we needed done. I appreciate this company and their customer service.
