we called to have our fireplace checked before selling our home in apache junction. the damper was hidden behind some glass doors we had put in a while back. ross came out, carefully removed the glass doors, and made sure the damper was working right. he didn’t find any problems. the whole experience was easy, and ross was friendly and professional. we really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend this chimney sweep company to anyone needing fireplace or chimney work.

Very unprofessional. I hired Sean and his company after our previous pool guy retired, and my pool has never looked worse. We had an issue with the jacuzzi, and because they clearly have no knowledge of equipment or how it functions, I had to hire a separate company. Turns out the problem was simply a switch on the pump that they must have turned—costing me $185 to fix.
When I contacted Sean to discontinue service at the end of the month, he decided not to even show up for the final week, while still taking payment. That’s unacceptable and feels like stealing from customers.
