Never used them, but nearly got run off the road by one of their drivers on Recker Road in Mesa today, then he had the nerve to flip me off before speeding away and weaving thru traffic. Coward.

Came to my house to try to find a leak, found the leak but then caused my garage to flood because he forgot to turn off water softner from fill. He also forgot to turn water back on! Called walked me through how to fix the problem, never showed back up and now wants us to pay for his estimate!

Bought a hot water heater from GR 20 months ago. Friday we had no hot water so we called GR and they sent a plumber out. He checked to electrical panel and noted the circuit breaker had tripped. He reset the breaker, checked the temp settings on the hot water heater and left...$57 for 10 minutes. Plumber told us breaker was bad. We muddled thru the weekend with no hot water and had an electrician come out on Monday. The electrician told us the circuit breakers were fine.....he checked the power to the hot water heater and the electrician determined the lower heating element had failed. We contacted GR and they promised a plumber to come out first thing Tuesday morning to replace the element. After calling the plumber and leaving a message when we did not hear from them, they called back to tell us the plumber assigned to our job had an emergency and they would "try to get someone" out yet today. FIVE DAYS with no hot water and it all could have been avoided had the plumber on Friday checked the heating elements. The plumber was quite certain that it could not be the heating element since the hot water heater was less than two years old. Unfortunately, we will NEVER use this company again and clearly want to share our experience with other potential customers. UPDATE...owner just called to let us know he was pulling a plumber from another job to come and take care of our issue. Still unacceptable service as I had to request the office gal have the owner get involved and call me.....or this would not even have happened.
