Had a frustrating problem with the body sprays in my master bathroom shower. I finally called Golden Rule Plumbing, and they figured out the problem. Their workers are always so polite and explain everything they’re doing to me in terms that I can understand. Highly recommend this company, they are trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive handling of inspection and service maintenance of our tankless water heater. Friendly, responsive, and excellent all around. We're sticking with Golden Rule Plumbing!

When I tell you this is the company to use, it is the ONLY company to use. They are so professional, so helpful, so honest, and they do not screw you over with over pricing. I have been using them for 10 + years now..

This is not the first time we used Golden Rule Plumbing LLC. From the moment of contact they were very helpful. I had a pipe under my house burst. They were here to fix my problem in a short time. They got it figured out and fixed faster than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how low the bill I was. I was expecting it to be more. They were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely got great value for my money. I will always use Golden Rule Plumbing and I always refer them to anyone needing a plumber.

These people are the best! Best service and always friendly. I have been using them for a while now and they are always consistent in their service and quality.

Called Golden Rule plumbing cuz they are small and close to my home in Apache Junction..
Came on time ..discovered why my house pressure was low and installed a new shutt off valve in copper and a new hose bib..
Excellent in every aspect..
My plumber for the future.

They installed all new fixtures in the bathroom and the kitchen and a new gas hot water heater.they did really good work considering it was a very old Mobil Home. If they ran into any problems they were able to fix them very quickly. I will use than again if needed and I will recommend them to anyone. Jim\

Honest service, fair pricing. I would recommend Golden Rule Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Incredible, extraordinary, fast, affordable, reliable, and friendly. They went the extra mile by putting two 3/4” plywood and water heater pan under water heater. Beautiful 40 gallon. They had to replumb all pipe underneath mobile home by water heater. Beautiful copper pipe. Cleaned up and disposed old water heater.
What a blessing they are. 😀

This is second time I called Golden Rule Plumbing for help to install new faucet. Beautiful job. Fast and afforable. Reliable, experienced and on time.
Thank you Golden Rule! 😄

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the crew at Golden Rule Plumbing! My install was more complex since my soft water loop did not include the kitchen. They explained my different options to plumb the kitchen and I chose what worked best for my install. There was no demolition required whatsoever. I truly appreciate the extra effort by the crew to provide a professional install within my water system enclosure in my garage. If you desire exceptional service by a truly professional company give the nice folks at Golden Rule a call!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. They cancelled installation of our water heater for about three months and when they did install it, they installed it incorrectly. The condensate drain was just left to drain onto the floor. I was in contact with them for a month about the drain, but I eventually had to use the instruction manual to install the drain myself because, one again, they were completely unreliable. They didn't care enough to keep in contact with us for business, they didn't care enough to ensure the work was done correctly, and they didn't care enough to come and fix their mistake. Below is every time they confirmed our appointments and I have included pictures of the drain they left unfinished. I used them because they came recommended by a coworker, but I will not be recommending them to anyone else.
