Prompt service and T. was very knowledgeable, but he ain't cheap. He did give me a Veteran's discount which was much appreciated.
No work done, but he supplied me with the education that I needed on my water softener, which certainly helps with costs in the future.
I'd recommend as I believe most Plumbers would have charged what he did for what he educated me on.

I scheduled a appointment with 1 UP plumbing and they were able to fit me in the same day I found out I had a pipe leaking inside the wall they were able to fix it the same day and gave me a reasonable price and the technician was kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend they to all my friends, family and neighbors.

I am very happy with my experience with 1UP plumbing. Jason the plumber was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He changed me the minimum charge for a pretty simple and quick fix, and also explained to me what was going wrong so I know how to troubleshoot in the future. He was also very kind to my cat 😺. These guys were great! Very nice and got my leak fixed quickly and reasonably. Needed more work than I thought and I'm grateful they checked the other hoses and valves as they needed replacing. They're going to be my go to guys for plumbing work.

1UP responded to my inquiry quickly at the end of a business day and had the owner out in the morning bright and early. He was transparent about the repair issue, my options to repair/replace and the cost up front. He was efficient in replacing a portion of my water main valve and installed a pressure regulator as well. All parties were friendly and clear/concise in their communications.
