Reaching out to 1UP plumbing at 7:45 am this morning. I got a call back within minutes. Theresa, listened to my tale of whoa. Tanner arrived at 12:11 and fix was completed by 12:51. Tanner was polite, professional, and job the job efficiently. Thank you. I would definitely use again, if i have need in the future.

Terrence let me know when he was on his way just as Teresa said he would.
He was very candid about his assessment and the decision I made to replace the softener was based on info he provided and explained in a clear and concise way that made sense.
The job took almost exactly how long he estimated.
He also gave me some additional instructions for the house fridge filter and the softener settings when not in use.

Needing a plumbing repair I cam across 1UP Plumbing on (Thumbtack). When I called I spoke with Theresa who was cheerful and understanding of my needs. She scheduled my appointment for the same day. The plumbing tech, Tanner arrived on time and allowed me to explain my situation. Having just had a not so good experience with a previous company he was able to put my mind at ease. He was diligent in his work and completed the job quickly and without issue. I had such a good experience with the folks at 1UP Plumbing I will certainly be contacting them for future plumbing needs! Tanner our service technician was knowledgeable and efficient with our installation of a ROS and our outdoor home pressure regulator. One up plumbing fit us into their schedule quickly with Tanner arriving the day that I reached out for help with our plumbing issues. I found this company on thumbtack and they were very quick to respond and got me an appointment the very next day. I had a leak under my sink and they determined it was due to a pipe on my RO system. Tanner arrived on time even early and didn't outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company again.

Really happy with 1UP PLUMBING. I couldn't get the pilot light on my hot water heater to start and was stressing out but they were able to get someone out in an hour. Turns out the whole unit needed to be replaced which they were able to do same day. The plumber, Tanner was a complete professional, super friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

Tanner of one up plumbing replaced our shower cartridge in our home at a fraction of the price of another company’s quote, and he did a great job. He is on time, professional and polite, as well as efficient and clean. He also replaced our water heater in our home on short notice and did an excellent job. We had him remove and replace 2 showers and the surrounding walls on 1 shower in our son’s condo, and replace a tankless water heater with a standard one. Another company did the tile on shower. Highly recommend this company. They do excellent work at an extremely fair rate. They also communicate everything clearly, and all work is guaranteed.

Horrible experience. Called to get an estimate for leaky water heater. Guy showed up on time with his young son. Never gave me his name. Had brought a hot water heater with him to replace mine that day. He intended to do this without giving me a quote. When I asked how much it would cost he asked his son to go get a folder out of the truck. He then opened the folder and started throwing out numbers. I am an accountant so I can add fast. When I said $900???? He said "Yeah, pretty much". He did not offer to give me anything in writing. Then my boyfriend explained that we needed to replace the stand due to the leak and it being wooden so he couldn't do the work that day. Needless to say I called around and got it done by someone else, much cheaper too. $500 for Water heater replaced, with new pan and metal stand. And a full estimate upfront.

I rely on reviews of other people when selecting a service. I am sure the good reviews are either written by employees of Davis Plumbing or they had someone other than the guy that showed up at my door. I find it hard to believe that this guys practices were any different from the rest of the company since they are family owned.

You need to be honest on these reviews so people can make good decisions and not waste time looking for a service.

My window of time was 3-5 pm. Brett arrived at 3 and was done in 40 minutes. I’ll use Davis for all my plumbing needs. They’re local , less than a mile away here in Apache Junction. Very pleased!!!

My sewer line was plugged up when we used the washing machine. Had spent money to have it cleaned out 2 weeks prior by another local plumbing service. When it reoccurred, I first called the other company as it was guaranteed. Phone call was redirected to another number. Long story short. Called Kirk Davis Plumbing, was given a time to do the job, they showed up on time, cleaned the sewer line and used the washer again and it works fine. Highly recommend this company.

Great experience. Had a water heater go out, I left a message early monday AM, they called back when they opened, priced the replacement and showed up when they said they would. They set expectations up front on access requirements and left the place cleaner than they found it. Truly hard to be positive enough, this is a stand-up group of people.

I tried to fix a leaky faucet and ended up busting something major. When I called, they were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate over the phone, convincing me that they would be the right ones for the job.
Kirk and Brett came out earlier than expected, fixed it fast at an incredibly affordable rate, and now it's working better than ever.
Lesson learned here, and thankful I found a group of reliable guys that I will definitely call before I try DIY plumbing again!

Kirk, and his crew consisting of family and friend was very professional and humble. They completed a re-plumb on my property quickly and at reasonable cost. not the guy that pays the bill but they have been out to my hangout several times for a sewer that clogs up every few years. They show up in the time given ,and get it "flowing" again in short order. Highly recommend.

We really appreciate the excellent job Kirk did in our mom's home. He was informative and even allowed us to add on another job while he was there. We feel that the fee was fair. We will certainly use Davis Pluming & Drain Service in the future.

The plumber arrived on time. It turned out that by the time he got here whatever had plugged up the toilet had dissolved.

Update: The toilet clogged again and plugged everything in the house. I couldn't use any of the showers or toilets. Brett Davis came out immediately. He tried to unplug the pipe clog through the toilet because it was difficult to access from the septic tank opening. He hadn't brought what was needed to access the septic tank. The spetic tank opening was very hard to open, needing to be drilled out or something.

Three days later the clog made it impossible to use any water in the house again. Brett said he had done everything he could do and that they are a "small mom and pop plumber who can't do any hard jobs."

A friend accessed the clog and cleared it from the septic tank opening. It's all fixed now by my friend, a retired septic tank guy.

Spent $300 for not getting the clog fixed. Brett is on time and polite, but had they told me they were not equipped to handle anything other than smaller issues I would not have hired them. I would have no way of knowing it it's a difficult or easy case. I think he did the best he could, but it was not enough.
