This guy is awesome! Called on a Saturday afternoon regarding an urgent septic tank issue after trying to reach 4-5 other companies with no luck. Steve said he could be here the following morning( Sunday) and was even able to show up earlier. Very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on septic tank function and how to take care of the system. Completed a pumping and had us sittin pretty again. Can’t say enough good about his service!! Will only be calling him from now on!! Thanks sir.

OH WOW I CANT THANK THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. Had my septic pumped and this man got me unclogged and in good shape. Didn't charge anything extra and he super friendly (Steve). The Price is below every other quote I got and I got 6 quotes. We're talking 200 to 400 below the other companies. Please take this advice and use Steve at Prospector. Oh, also hes a septic inspector so your in good hands and hes definately not greedy. Awesome experience! Will be a customer for life!

I called and tried to explain the situation and I was cut off and yelled at. Then he called me back and wouldn't say anything. I'll never call them again.

I tried 3 times to give this guy my business; all three times he said he'd have his wife call me back to confirm, but I never heard back from her or anyone else. I think this guy has some form of dementia. I'm going with someone else.
