Dude won't drive his truck in dirt, responded fast as hell but seen that my septic is in the back yard and would not drive back down my wash that i keep graded. Walked away without saying anything and just left.

I called to have a system pumped for a rental property. The man on the phone gave me a quote, asked if someone would be at the property to pay, then said he would call me right back after speaking to his driver. That was over 4 hours ago and I haven’t received a phone call back. I called him back only to leave a voicemail. I was hoping the poor reviews for this guy might be unjustified, but he clearly doesn’t want my business.

Came out same day for pump and inspection for home sale transfer! Fast and thorough and had my ADEQ report emailed the following morning. I would highly recommend prospector septic.

Save your money these guys are crooks over charged us came for only 10 min and left claimed they cleaned both our sweater drains and now 2 weeks after our swear drains are full again they did not pump them had someone else come and look at it and they confirmed that the pipes where only drained a bit but not fully!! When I called and told the guy he got mad and said everyone tells him that he overcharges that he’s been doing this for years and hung up save your money!! Go with someone else

Steve was very nice and professional. Top tier service! Would leave 10 stars if it was allowed. Will definitely use again! 🙂

If I could give no stars I would. Just got off the phone with the gentlemen that says he does services 24 hours a day. One of the first questions I asked “Can it all be cleaned today?” We continued on our conversation. He even asked to speak with my husband. They spoke and durning the conversation he said part of it would be today “to prep it for the tank”. Then when I asked to verify and say we need it today he hung up! Very rude. Wouldn’t waste your time. Oh and they only like cash. Maybe that’s all he cared up from the beginning.

Stay clear of Steve and this company. Just called for a quote to get my septic repaired. He asked to see the report so I emailed to him. Followed up 2 weeks later after not hearing from him and he actually started swearing at me telling him he never got it and that my number was a business number (its not...its my cell) and I was wasting his time. Wow! He is mad at the world. Needs another line of work.

I thought this guy was going to be my savior. I have 4 kids and my septic was backing up into my tubs because it was very full.

The man came promptly at first. Requested cash only.

HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO BACK UP A TRAILOR. So he got frustrated and left to "get his other vehicle". Mind you, the homeowner raced from Phoenix because of his promptness, but then he didn't show up for 4 more hours just to let us know that he forgot his hose and would be right back.

Never came back.

We needed a septic certification in order to close on a property and Prospector Plumbing handled it very quickly and efficiently, providing us with the documentation that we needed to close. He was very professional, prompt and did the job quickly. I would highly recommend Prospector Plumbing!

Called Prospector for septic service and certificate to make an appointment. Was able to get my service done the next day. Was quick and great service. Price was affordable. Will use them again when I need service.

Called other pump companies in Apache Junction but they didn't have any availability for over 2 weeks! Spoke to Steve and he was crazy busy but may be able to fit me in due to my circumstance. Came out and found the issue and got things working again. Got line working and septic pumped and was extremely reasonable and I didn't have to wait over 2 weeks. I would recommend him!

Showed up on a Sunday AM in less than 2 hours. Gave me a ton of knowledge on how to best maintain my septic system. Great company that really does know what they are doing.

We needed a last minute septic inspection for a VA loan. Steve was at our place the same day I called to check out the area and was able to be back out the next day to do the inspection. It wasn't a "smooth sailing" location but they handled it great, kept us on track with paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or septic service.

The rep that came out failed to inform us that our tank had water above the water level and that the fee quoted would have left the tank empty only if it was below the water level. He left without informing us the tank still had waste and water in it. When I called to ask about this he was rude and condescending. He only told me about the water issue after he had left. Also, when I called I was not told that they only accept cash. I would NEVER recommend them!!

I am so thankful for Steve and his company. I needed a septic inspection done right away so I could provide the information to the title company. He was able to come out the next day and take care of it for me! I had the report emailed to me the same day. Great experience!

Considering I work in the sewer industry this guy was great did great work it was pleasure to have met him and I lended a hand where needed just all around good man who’s done the job for many years and knows his stuff. I see some negative reviews but I imagine those are from people who don’t understand sewer and septic tanks and who haven’t worked out in the field . I had my tank pumped out in no time !

5 STARS!!! I can not say thank you enough to Steve and his amazing work and communication. He did a septic tank inspection for my clients and provided the report by the end of the day. He is hardworking and reasonably priced. Two things you can’t beat!

I needed my septic tank to be cleaned out and they were available the next day. The gentleman who came out was very friendly, would recommend.

Been looking for someone who knows there stuff and isn't a big name brand company. I only met Steve but he was great. Really knows his stuff and is happy to help. Would definitely give these guys a call again.
