There is not enough space to sufficiently write about the wonderful service that I receive from The Cleaning Authority! I love that the team brings my customer page to every cleaning. It lists preferences, reminders. The result is that the house is cleaned perfectly every time. I’m most grateful for the wonderful people there. I would highly recommend the quality and efficient work done by my Team 5 - Sara, Sean, and Gabby!

I used a couple of different cleaning people in my local area and had lots of issues with no shows or cancelations. Then I found TCA SW Valley. The communication is excellent! I get an email the day before confirming my cleaning, they are prompt, reliable, and do a great job! Beverly and Marilyn are the best. They even took care of my puppy who escaped her crate while I was at work and left me a note. So nice! I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 3 years.

Update May 2025: Still loving them. After 3 years in Tucson and three more in Surprise, we’re moving. But…they’re in our new city, so we’ll pick it up there. With love, Rich, Paula and the memory of Lucy!. Thanks, Cleaning Authority!

We LOVE the Cleaning Authority. They do the kind of deep clean twice per month (our choice, your frequency may vary) that allows us to keep it going between their visits. Every team that comes to the house, but we want to give a special shout out to Fran, Bev, and Ana for the work they did this time. (Thanks for getting my office done first so I could get back to work!)

We've used Cleaning Authority for years, first in Tucson and now here in Surprise. We highly recommend them.

I am very happy with my service. My cleaners always show up with a smile on their faces and leave my house sparkling clean. Also, I suffer from chronic pain and have had to cancel at the last minute, and Alma is ALWAYS so kind and understanding. I appreciate this.

The teams are amazing. They do such a nice job. Today’s cleaning by Team 5 was a pleasure. They were all full of smiles and energy. My parrot Reno enjoyed their company and a clean area.

When The Cleaning Authority has declared arrival date and expected arrival time, I head out the door on some some activity that will keep me "out of the way". When I get home the cleaning crew is usually done and departed. They always do a good job which makes my return to a clean house a pleasure. I really appreciate having the level of trust provided by The Authority's cleaning crews.

I had The Cleaning Authority for approximately 3-4 yrs. At first it was great. But over time not so much. Each time they come it’s different people. Once here they act like they are on a speed race to hurry and get done. Sometimes you would get someone who knew how to clean and some times not. Very inconsistent. They never vacuumed lamp shades or dusted under the beds. My dining room table and furniture rarely looked like they had been touch except with a feather duster. Picture frames and mirrors never touched. I called the owner with my concerns and things got better for a while. I will say the kitchen was usually done pretty good. I should have terminated their services long before I actually did. The final straw came when a partially new crew came to clean and a very expensive item turned up missing. No one but my self and my husband had been in our home except for The Cleaning Authority cleaners. We reported it to the owner who basically blew us off. A police report was filed. I fired the company and never heard anything from them regarding the theft. Apparently they must not have been insured or bonded and never filed a claim. The item stolen was valued at over $1000.00. So that is my review. If you want to spend your money on services like this it is your choice and good luck.

This was my 2nd Detailed Clean, so the price on my biweekly cleans from now on will be reasonable. The teams are pleasant and professional and get straight to it.

I've had the Clean A and Clean B so far. Efficient, nice and thorough. We enjoy the Clean house and fresh floors.

We had our first cleaning today. The company sent 3 people and they were all very nice and did a great job. They showed up ready to go and worked the whole time until finished. The lead was very personable and walked through the house to ensure I was satisfied with their work. So far so good!

Bianca, Olivia and Emily did all four of our bathrooms today. There were so polite and friendly. Better yet, they did a thorough job of it. Great service, affordable pricing. GREAT TEAM!

Sean and Aubrey are a great team. My floors and base boards are always done well.

Wow, great cleaning company.My house never looked so good . The products they used made it sparkling clean and the cleaning lady’s were superior at what they do. Excellent work done at a good price!! Try them, you will be happy!!!

I have been using this service for nearly 2 years. They do a very good job with they are contracted to do. They clean all the surface areas and the floors. They do not go "deeper", but I knew that when I contracted with them. The team (2-3 people each month) has always been courteous and seemed to be good workers. I've had very little to complain about. They generally arrive during the time period that is assigned, thought on occasion have arrived early and I wasn't there to let them in! They've waited. I recommend them for doing basic cleaning duties. They do them well.

Two young ladies from Team 3 (Lille & Jenna) came this morning and did an excellent cleaning job.

It’s really nice to get a consistent experience with insured and bonded employees. I’ve had one item accidentally get broken, and they came to me to let me know and there’s a specific process for handling. Accidents always happen, I just really appreciate the proactive honesty, even if I didn’t need it replaced. Some teams are better than others, but that’s to be expected as well. Most everyone has been terrific with our dogs also, and I greatly appreciate that as well. Are they perfect, no, but they’re very good, reasonably priced, and I don’t have to clean anymore. Definitely recommend their services!

They came out to my brother and sisters house to do a deep clean after a passing of a family member they did an amazing job and were very professional and careful with all the items in the house. They worked very hard and we are very pleased with all the work they did. Would definitely recommend! They were also very upfront about fees and there was no hidden fees. I spoke with Alan and he was very helpful and kind. The two cleaners we also very helpful and friendly

I hired this company for a move out cleaning. The quote was for 2 cleaners for 5 hours which should have been more than enough. First thing I will say is that you have to specify every single item you want cleaned or it won’t get done. For example: on a move out you would think the kitchen would include refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven but it does not unless you specify each item. I did specify inside and out of all cabinets, closets, and pantry’s and they completely skipped both pantries and some of the cabinets. Next I specified deep clean in the bathrooms and showers and again the completely skipped the top edge of the showers as well as the window seals which windows were another item I specified. Going along with windows and glass they do not clean the tracks. Baseboards and floors were another thing that was on the list and some of those were not completed as well. They finished the job 20 minutes before the full 5 hours and while I was not charged for that I would have preferred that they used it and got all items done. When I called and sent pictures they immediately admitted that the job was not satisfactory and that they would send someone out to fix or complete the items that were on my list. They asked if I wanted them to use the additional 29 minutes and be charged for it but at this point I said no because I didn’t want to be charged anymore for something I was most likely going to have to pay someone else to finish. When they went back they only spent 20 minutes and did not compete the items missed. I would definitely not recommend this company and if I can I will share the pictures that took so you can see just how awful things looked when they were finished.

Mom and I love cleaning authority. They provide the same team to clean and offer weekly, bi-monthly and monthly. The ladies we have, Andrea and Bev are friendly, prompt, efficient and thorough. The house smells wonderful and is sparkling when we return from errands. I love the App they have because it tells us timing of arrival as well as tracks progress of cleaning. I can check my phone for when the house cleaning is complete. The company is wonderful to work with including email, text and a phone call away for any issues or questions. No issues at all!
