Urban Landscape Solutions installed an irrigation system for my backyard.
Jose responded to my initial inquiry promptly and came to my home for a consultation. He took the time to explain the process to me in detail. He explained the proper irrigation system and provided helpful education to me regarding trees and plants and appropriate irrigation.
Jose started working on the project as agreed, provided information and answered questions along the way. He explained the irrigation system in detail at completion of the project. Jose was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful.
He provided an excellent service, high quality work and I can highly recommend Urban Landscape Solutions for Landscape needs.

Jose came out and fixed the leaks that I had in my system very quickly and always gives me some good tips as far as taking care of my landscape. The prices are reasonable and I’ve always been able to get a timely appointment. Thank you, Jose!

I called Urban Landscape Solutions to help with programming our watering system. Jose came on time and explained how to set and properly adjust the watering. He spent a great deal of time explaining water care for plants and trees and demonstrated how to prune trees properly,(Something I am unfamiliar with.)He evaluated trees and plants and made suggestions.
His care and concern to be informative and helpful as possible is not something we see these days but greatly appreciated. I will be calling him in the near future for more landscaping help.

Super fast response. Called Thursday for a bi-monthly cleaning and he was out on Friday. The yard looks amazing.

I had an irrigation leak under my driveway. Called Roberto at 8:30 and he was there at 11:00 and done by 11:30. Very nice , neat and friendly.
Would recommend and will call him if I have any other issues.

I obtained four quotes to do a large condo backyard renovations and this company was the most competitive by far. But it does not stop there. They did more than exceeding our expectations. These guys are respectful, professional, and gifted landscapers. We seriously couldn’t be happier with them and recommend him to friends and family regularly.

Came to my house gave a quote to cut grass only, asked about other services such as spraying weeds he mentioned it would be an extra 50$ so we declined and just asked to cut grass, he then said he had to go and would come back tomorrow and never responded back. Bad business w this guy very unreliable! Also think he’s a bit prejudice my wife is latina and she dealt w him gave her a great price and once i got home he decided he had to leave to do another job when already told us he would start right away. he looked very unsure if he wanted to do it or not when myself and him interacted.

I 100% recommend Roberto! He gave me the best deal for my front and back yard.. he always shows up on time, is very efficient, and makes sure you check his work before he leaves (which I never feel I NEED to). I've referred a couple friends already and they're very pleased with his work as well. Google reviews speak for themselves!

Excellent service! Responsive when I first called to schedule an appointment. He was very professional and arrived on time, removed the bushes as requested, trimmed the trees, trimmed other plants, cleaned up really well and sprayed for weeds as well as closed the unneeded irrigation lines. My front yard looks great!

Roberto was very responsive and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with his cleanup of my yard. I even forgot to pick up toys and chairs from my yard before his arrival and he cleaned them all up for us. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely call for any future needs.

I messaged Roberto he answered, fairly quickly, came out the next day gave me a good quote. Could’ve been a little cheaper for what I asked for. I just needed one tree trimmed just the front of it because it was hanging down through my walkway up to the front door, and one bush in the backyard, and a blow out of the yard. I arranged for him to come out this past Friday at 10 AM that’s the day and time you gave me so I arranged it with my son because he was going to be home in the morning till he had to go to work at noon. He messaged me late on Friday at 11am me asking a question, answered the question and asked, I thought you were going to be at the house at 10 AM. He never answered, I was out of town got home Yesterday. I noticed the yard wasn’t done. Messaged him asking him why he didn’t show up or let me know he wasn’t going to show up, he still has not responded. I even told him I was going to put a review on Google on his response to me and him not showing up with no call, still nothing. I guess he didn’t want the business bad enough. It’s sad because you have people that own their business you would think they would stay on top of new customers to make them forever customers. I don’t want to give him a rating or a star, but I had to give him one star in order to give him a review. Google needs to change that.
