Horrible service! Owner does not follow up with help!
I have Airbnb in Scottsdale sent 2 text when my guests were coming he forgot to schedule my guests walked in on a mess! Gave them 2nd chance this week asked owner to make sure temp was set to 90 and to make sure fans were off. I checked up a week later and the bedroom window was wide open fans running and temp set to 73! They charge cheap and that’s exactly what you get. Pay extra for far better service.

Diana and her team are SO great. Unlike most housekeeping services, they quoted me a rate not based on my number of rooms, but on the areas I actually wanted cleaned. Her team was fast and effective. They went above and beyond, followed directions and were courteous and trustworthy.

Honest Maids just left my home after a deep clean in preparation for my second bundle of joy coming in April. The house is spotless and smells amazing--I don't want to touch anything because it is so clean! I'm sad that I didn't discover this company sooner. They were friendly, on time, and really seemed eager to do a great job. Thank you, Honest Maids, for your help in my home.

I have been using Honest Maids since the beginning of the year and they have done a wonderful job each time they are here. Last week especially, Olivia was efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. Their price are very reasonable, their staff are friendly and very respectful of me and my home. I highly recommend them!

This company markets by throwing a business card stapled to a plastic bag of rocks onto people driveways. It’s unprofessional and leaves trash in our neighborhood. Because of this I would not use this business.

The team of ladies do a fabulous job cleaning my house. I have a toddler and two dogs and ever since I hired Clean & Clear my house smells great and everything is so nice and clean. I love that they go above and beyond on every service. They do such an amazing job that I hired them to clean our business in Phoenix too!

Sixth Sense House Cleaning did an amazing job. My apartment was beautiful. Counters, cabinets, and floors were immaculate. The bathrooms were spotless. Rings in the toilets no matter how many times I tried to clean them were gone. Bed were all made and everything was dusted. Also they were fast. The cleaner was super friendly. Already decided I'm using them for monthly services over my last company. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a cleaning company. Very reasonable as well. Amazing job guys! I had to leave town for a family emergency and ended up having to stay with family but desperately needed someone to go and take out the trash and tidy up my apartment u til I could get home. I was seriously overdue for a deep clean and finally decided to try out a house cleaner in Surprise and found Sixth Sense Cleaning through ChatGPT believe it or not. These guys totally nailed it with my clean. My kitchen and bathrooms look insanely clean, and the whole house smells fresh without being overpowering which I was worried about because I’m sensitive to cleaning chemical smells. You can tell they actually care about the details, which I really appreciated and they did a full walk through of every room afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the best house cleaning in Surprise that doesn’t feel like some big box service, definitely check them out. Owners are a great young couple.

I called with a last minute request to my walls cleaned. It was last minute because the company I hired to clean house to.bottom misled me. I had asked for walls as an add on & they said yes to deep Cleaning. Anyway it's left me scrambling to find another company. Luke at Suxth Sense was very understanding & actually had a cancelation so wall cleaning scheduled for next day @ 8.AM. Tammy arrived right on time and immediately got to work. The walls were bad due to dogs so she had her work cut out for her. She was very diligent & got the job done in a very professional manner. I'd hire them again.

The home had been neglected for quite some time, but thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, it was transformed into a clean, fresh, and sparkling space; ready for its next chapter.
