I needed to get my apartment cleaned out well in hopes of getting my full security deposit back. I had a dog who shed a lot and they got it all taken care of. I was able to receive my cleaning deposit back from my apartment . You guys are great. Thank you. I will always use them!

Melisa did an amazing job, i would defenetly be using there service again.. she clean all my fans, baseboards, windows, appliance and left my floors looking soooo beautiful.. love loveeee lovvveeee it!

We had them come out regularly for a while and they always did a great job. We hired them again to do a super clean for selling our home and they did a perfect job that helped sell our buckeye home.

If I may leave 0 star, I wish I could've.

The cleaning team showed up 2 hours late, no apologize no call no voicemail no text response. They finished the job basically from 12 to 2.
Total 2 hours spent. When I finally got to talk with the owner, he all in sudden raised price from quoted 100-125 max to 165 (my place is 2/2 800sq condo and I pre-cleaned it and the unit was empty) because it took them 4 hours. LIED about the hours spent LOL

The owner was telling me that his team cannot control the traffic... so being 2 hours can happen. Yes, I understand, however me being waiting not even sure if the cleaning team is going to show up or not because they never answer my call or text was very disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE ONLY TREATING NICELY TO THE ONES THAT GIVE THEM GOOD REVIEWS APPARENTLY

don't worry sir, I will pay the service fee but I am definitely going with different cleaning service next time.

Apparently, their phone number is signed as scam so my phone automatically blocks it and the owner said it happened before with other people. so apparently I am not the only one that was trying to block his phone number since the service was very very unprofessional.

Update: now they are accusing me for everything. Making up stories and playing victim now. Just unbelievable. Shame on you umberto... I would want to run honest business instead of making up framing customer to cover your unprofessionalism and disrespect towards customer. Just discussing...

PS. the cleaning ladies are really awesome. Just the owner is taking advantage of them and blaming customers.

Everything I mentioned above is based on my personal experience and opinion. I just wish other people don't have to face this bad experience.

Horrible service! Owner does not follow up with help!
I have Airbnb in Scottsdale sent 2 text when my guests were coming he forgot to schedule my guests walked in on a mess! Gave them 2nd chance this week asked owner to make sure temp was set to 90 and to make sure fans were off. I checked up a week later and the bedroom window was wide open fans running and temp set to 73! They charge cheap and that’s exactly what you get. Pay extra for far better service.

Diana and her team are SO great. Unlike most housekeeping services, they quoted me a rate not based on my number of rooms, but on the areas I actually wanted cleaned. Her team was fast and effective. They went above and beyond, followed directions and were courteous and trustworthy.

Honest Maids just left my home after a deep clean in preparation for my second bundle of joy coming in April. The house is spotless and smells amazing--I don't want to touch anything because it is so clean! I'm sad that I didn't discover this company sooner. They were friendly, on time, and really seemed eager to do a great job. Thank you, Honest Maids, for your help in my home.

I have been using Honest Maids since the beginning of the year and they have done a wonderful job each time they are here. Last week especially, Olivia was efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. Their price are very reasonable, their staff are friendly and very respectful of me and my home. I highly recommend them!

This company markets by throwing a business card stapled to a plastic bag of rocks onto people driveways. It’s unprofessional and leaves trash in our neighborhood. Because of this I would not use this business.

The team of ladies do a fabulous job cleaning my house. I have a toddler and two dogs and ever since I hired Clean & Clear my house smells great and everything is so nice and clean. Sixth Sense House Cleaning did an amazing job. My apartment was beautiful. Counters, cabinets, and floors were immaculate. The bathrooms were spotless. Rings in the toilets no matter how many times I tried to clean them were gone. Bed were all made and everything was dusted. Also they were fast. The cleaner was super friendly. Already decided I'm using them for monthly services over my last company. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a cleaning company. Very reasonable as well. Amazing job guys! I had to leave town for a family emergency and ended up having to stay with family but desperately needed someone to go and take out the trash and tidy up my apartment u til I could get home.
