Major helped us with our AC problem. He was prompt and on time. He diagnosed the problem well and was clear with what was needed to be done. Price was very fair. You can sense his honesty whenever you communicate with him. He replaced the fan motor on our smaller AC unit but since the bigger unit had the same age which is 17 yrs old, we asked him to replace it’s fan motor too and he charged us the same amount as with the small AC unit and he did it on the same day too! Later that day we noticed that the thermostat was having an issue and the temp was not moving even though it was already blowing cool air. We called Major again and within approx 40 min he was back and determined that the thermostat unit was already defective. Incidentally he had a spare new thermostat which he installed and again charged a very fair price with install. We will recommend Major HVAC anytime!

Major is a major good man! Please if you need help with any AC problems call this amazing company. It is locally owned and operated by the kindest most genuine people who truly care about others. Major worked on my air-conditioning unit today he did an awesome job. He showed up on time and installed the blower motor right away. He knows what he doing. As he was walking into my garage he noticed the smell of gas. He noticed that it was the water heater that was leaking gas. So he tighten the gas line and fixed the leak. I didn't smell the gas but he noticed it right away. Thank you Major for fixing the AC and the leak in the water heater. Much appreciated!! 👍😁

We own a rental house and came to town to find the ac not working. I called Major on a Saturday morning and he was to our house withing an hour and got our system up and running within a couple of hours. He explained everything on great detail to help me understand how the whole system worked and what to look out for and some maintenance tips. Very friendly and knowledgeable and the bonus was how reasonably priced he would. Good to find a company like this.

Mario Bros have been great since the beginning. Friendly technicians and great service. Alex was great on Friday. He explained what he did and he was very friendly the whole time here was here.

In November 2023, I contacted Mario Bros Heating & Cooling, with whom I have a warranty for my HVAC system, regarding a necessary repair. The team was prompt to inspect and acknowledged the need for part replacements. Given it was winter, the immediate need for AC wasn't pressing.

As seasons changed, I hadn't heard back about the status of the parts. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via calls, texts, and messages starting in March – all remained unanswered. With the temperature rising and the AC still out of service, I was left with no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere by May.

The experience has been disheartening, particularly due to the initial trust placed in their service. A lack of communication and follow-through has not only caused inconvenience but also pushed me to incur additional expenses with another service provider.

While I understand unforeseen delays can occur, maintaining customer communication is critical. I hope this review encourages Mario Bros Heating & Cooling to improve their service responsiveness and customer care. My experience, unfortunately, prompts me to rate their service as 1 out of 5 stars.
