I wanted to update my review from a few years ago. We have been using Cluff Mechanical AC & Heating Company for our property’s HVAC planned maintenance for over 5 years, and they are fantastic. As a commercial property, downtime is not an option for us. Their team is consistently prompt, highly skilled, and professional. Their quarterly preventative maintenance program has significantly reduced our emergency repair costs and kept our tenants comfortable. I highly recommend Clint and his team to any business looking for a reliable, long-term HVAC partner.

Original Review 2022: We have been using this company for about 2 years to service our commercial AC Units. They are always highly professional and provide excellent customer service.

Purchased 3 brand new AC’s. One hasn’t worked properly since day 1. Tech/owner has gone couple of times and can’t fix the issue. Units are less than one year old. Giving them one more chance before going different direction. Arizona is HOT, buy smart and spend your AC money wisely.

Wanted to share a good word, well deserved. Not a solicited review, but when a company does well, I try make sure to let people know.

We had Cluff install our whole AC system a while back, and it included their workmanship warranty. It recently developed a small issue. It kept running cold air just fine, but it needed servicing. This issue was more than a routine maintenance service, and was beyond anyone's control. This servicing was done free of charge under their warranty.

They came out same day, and got us taken care of. I'm sure they may not always be able to come out same day, but they stand behind their service and have a great warranty. I'll be having them out, again for any future routine service and needs, and recommending them.

I have used Cluff Mechanical multiple times on more than one of my properties. They have exceeded my expectations every single time. I’ve had them perform preventative maintenance and had them out in the middle of the summer when an air conditioner is down. They have always been able to fit me in very timely. It’s obvious how much they care for their customers by the way they take care of their customers. They are very honest and reliable. If you are needing any hvac work done I would recommend you give them a call, you will be happy that you did.

Honest and reliable when it comes to service. I have them come out twice a year to keep an eye on an older unit of mine. They have never tried to gouge or do me wrong.

I got 2 new units installed in Sept ‘24. Install, service, and responsiveness were all great. I just struggle with the high costs of A/C even though their costs were competitive.

Top Tier Company!! Doesn't matter if its a minor concern or a massive repair, one call and they are come out quick and do the job right! They explain whats wrong, how they fixed it, and break it down in easy terms even my kiddos understand. You wont be disappointed!

I have used their services both for A/C repair and for heating repair over the past several years between 3 different houses I have owned. Clint is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and personable. He has always successfully identified any issues, and the repairs have been long-lasting and top notch. I don’t go anywhere else for my A/C and heating needs.

I was referred to Cluff Mechanical almost 10 years ago when my AC went out. They were amazing and had me up and running with a new HVAC in no time.

I also used them when I bought my home and did a complete revamp of the Duct/HVAC/Heat Pump/Radiant Barrier and adding Insulation to the attic. Huge job but completed in the time frame they had given me.

They are a Family Owned and run company and do not give you the run around. I still use them to do my yearly checks for filter cleanings and replacements and will continue to for a long time.
