Beware not open to the public. Website has a very vague sales policy link at the bottom of the page requiring in small print requiring ID?? Nor does the entrance say not open to the public. I drove 36 miles for a capacitor, he put it on the counter and asked what company I'm with. Swiftly took it back when I said I wasn't. Setting record temp today June 20th 2017 of 120 degrees. AC went out last night, pleaded with him, no dice. Wasn't willing to make the $19 deal. I now get it that they only serve contractors, but do like most wholesale businesses, charge the public a percentage above what is offered to contractors. I'd have gladly paid double.

This place was awful. They wouldn't sell me a simple capacitor while my ac was out in the AZ summer. The guy behind the counter belittled me when I asked for the parts I needed, because I wasn't working for an HVAC company. I went to Ferguson instead! Great service, very respectful! Johnstone was a complete bust. They wanted me to get heat stroke!

Overpriced, low inventory. I see why they're not used much in the industry.

Amazing customer service, always a great experience, love Blair, shoot even Rick, but the Mexican guy Mike, this guy honestly always has a smile on his face, always eager to help, super great sense of humor as well. Mike, I’m going to have to take you to City Wok some time.

This store I can not say enough how great this store is!! I try not to anywhere else for my HVAC needs but this store Thanks to all the amazing employees that are allways ready to go the extra mile to get you the correct part for any of your projects.
