Great trustworthy service! Ac unit went out and home was feeling like a sauna, called around and everyone was booked for a few days.However I called velox and lady on the phone expressed that they where slammed but would try and get a tech out same day, thankfully she was able to schedule a technician same day to come out and take a look . Technician had my unit fixed within an hour without an outrageous bill.Will be referring to friends and family.

My parents had services done this past Tuesday 5/13/2025. They have a new built home so they had no choice but to use this company due to their home warranty. They came out changed a capacitor.. after a couple hours unit was not cooling & the temp was rising. My father has medical issues and was left in the heat for hours and they kept telling him was he on the schedule. They even stopped taking his calls!!! I then reached out to them because I myself work in the HVAC industry & this is unacceptable!!! I asked to speak to a manager but he wasn’t available of course!! I AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER RICARDO!!!! OR THE OWNER MIKE!!! Today is Friday 5/16/25 still haven’t gotten a call!!! My dad reached out to them several times letting them know the issue they were experiencing. It took them hours to send their sister company to get my parents house to start cooling to find out their previous technicians put in the WRONG CAPACITOR!!!! Even their sister company technician was in disbelief shaking his head!! If you can avoid using this company PLEASE DO SO!!! If I could give them a -100 stars I would!!!! Bad service from. The office staff to the field technicians!

My 3-year-old system installed by the Builder was low on freon. Velox serviced the unit and Daniel and Q did a fantastic job. They're both very customer service oriented as well as good with their communication. Identified the problem and explained it to me. Corrected the problem and explain how they corrected it. They were very friendly courteous and professional. You want to keep these dudes

We had a warranty issue and they send VELOX AIR COMPANY. They were GREAT( Michael and Enrique) and Kassandra. They found the problem and fixed it, and its been working great. They were the 3rd technicians send out by our builder and they were the ones that found and fixed the problem since we moved in at the end of 2023. Cassandra called to follow-up if everything is working fine, its been working great. I mentioned there were a few dings on the door molding but she already knew about them, Enrique and Michael had reported it to them. Already prepared to send someone to fix it. I would RECOMMEND this VELOX AIR, especially Michael and Enrique, they are TOP NOTCH!!!! I will use them again.😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍
