Lomeli A/C Company Saved Me Big $$$ Several Years Ago I moved in a brand new home and the a/c unit parts were very cheap that’s how the company kept customers by installing cheap parts. my unit went out twice with in the 1st year a family member told me about Lomeli A/C Company and the technician that came out by the name of Louie has kelp my system up and running for the last few years. I highly recommend this company for the honest work that they do plus the price is reasonable. I highly recommend technician Mr. Louie he does a thorough job.

Lomeli Air Heating and Cooling has completed two heat pump related jobs for us recently. First, Louie temporarily moved our aging outdoor unit (the part with the fan and compressor) so that some heavy machinery good access our backyard. Then, when this unit finally stopped working, Louie replaced the old unit with a new outdoor unit. Louie always arrived when promised, and he did his absolute best to save us money on our new outdoor unit. He is polite, honest, and cleans up the job site when he is finished. And, he is extremely knowledgeable about the world of heating and air conditioning. He even loaned us a portable AC unit while we waited two days for the new unit to be installed. I wholeheartedly recommend Louie and Lomeli Air Heating and Cooling.

Whenever credit is deserved I make sure to repay the time that is given. Especially as an AC company in Phoenix in the Middle of Summer. I Recieved excellent service from the start of the company with Mari. We had the pleasure of Clint coming to our home to perform the service. He was very knowledgeable, Profesional and fair. I could tell from the beginning of the conversation he was very knowledgeable and wasn't going to try to take advantage of myself or my family. As a fellow contractor in the cabinet and finish carpentry business my hat is off to fellow professionals in the business and I would not hesitate to use yall again.

I made an appointment for the last spot on their time schedule at 6:30 pm on a Thursday. When I spoke to the scheduler two day before my appointment she was told that the lower AC unit stopped working and I needed it repaired. The earliest I could get an appointment was Thursday at 6:30 pm when I got off work. I said great. I confirmed it would be this Thursday and she said yes. I asked if she could insure they would be here. She advised yes if not she would call me tomorrow to tell me another time after talking to technician. Thursday came and nobody showed up. I called their number at 7:30 pm one hour after they were to be there and no body answered. I left message and waited . At 8pm got a return call with her telling me she put me down for next week Thursday. I explained to her it wasn’t my fault she messed up and I had no air. In fact she recalled speaking to me but did know what problem I was having one unit or where I lived even though I left this info on her answering machine. She apologized and could get me appointment by Tuesday 5 days away from my appointment. I explained to her my disappointment for the poor service I’m receiving as a return customer and there was nothing she really could do. She did say she could call a tech and see if he could come look at it and I told her that I would be writing this review. To show others what service Cluff provides to their customer base. It should be noted that I’m sure the problem with my AC was a capacitor that went bad which they replaced last year. It appeared to me that this company really wasn’t very sympathetic to my issues and their mistakes or even wanting to solve my problem AC and their inability to fix their mistakes. I would look for an AC company that is sympathetic to your issues and are willing to go the extra effort to keep a loyal customer happy. There are literally hundreds of AC companies in Arizona that I’m sure like loyal customers and would provide better service then what I’m recieving from Cluff Mechanical

Cliff Mechanical has performed work for us for years. They are professional, thorough, and reliable. They are very responsive. When they fixed a blown motor for us last year, we have not had any problems since.

They also performed a very thorough HVAC inspection for a new home we are purchasing, and I have great confidence in the inspection they performed.
