The install in no way inconvenienced me, but has added value to my home, and comfort to my workspace. Keven came to my house on Superbowl Sunday, that's dedication. My upstairs shower had a leak somewhere behind the wall. Keven located the source of the leak and made the repair. He explained what he was going to do before he got started. He let me examine the problem and gave me options as he made progress, there was no pressure. His work was very clean, both the physical area and the way the finished piping looked. Super clean install. As a bonus he even fixed/modded my toilet that would not stop running.
