Great company that provided me with great service! Servpro is definitely a company that you can rely on. They came as soon as I contacted them and provided excellent quality and saved me a lot of money. P.S if I could rate this 6 stars I definitely would.

I had a leak in the ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. They did the cleanup and drying okay but the they left with a 10 foot hole in the ceiling because they forgot the plastic. Next day they come back and tape the plastic up. It falls that night. They come back and attempt to staple it up. It falls again. Now they won't return my calls.. So now I'm left with a 10 foot hole and an AC that is running 24/7. Don't use these clowns.

Top Notch. Kaiser has gone out of his way to help us with damage left by a running toilet. He also helped us with communication to the actual insurance company
handling the claim. I Wish more people in business were as honest and helpful as the team members at this Servpro location. The night the damage was discovered they were there within two hours of our call to them.I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Kaiser and his crew.

In December, my building caught fire, and while my items were minimally damaged, I was notified my couch and mattresses would HAVE to be thrown out, and I needed to work with a restoration service for the salvageable items.

After almost month dealing with another ServPro location (ServPro of Phoenix/Central Phoenix/East Phoenix), following a walkthrough, an insanely high quote (I have only $10,000 of property coverage and they quoted $15,000 for “Bric-a-brac” items alone), and delays by my insurance adjuster, I was notified by my apartment complex that I had seven days to move out my belongings or they would be thrown out.

After four days trying to get in touch with Ethan, (the manager of that location) and my calls being unreturned, they informed me they were understaffed, and could not service me until February at the earliest.

Panicking, it was suggested to me to look at another ServPro location, as each ServPro is run independently of one another. This was how I found my way to ServPro of Litchfield/West Phoenix.

Marta, the receptionist at the office, was wonderful to deal with, and helped me schedule a meeting with Eliseo, the service manager the following Tuesday. I was able to get an extension from my complex.

Eliseo and I worked with the quote the previous ServPro made, and took my budget and insurance reimbursement in mind when developing a plan of action. Working with Eliseo was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with disaster after disaster in this situation.

The next day, Nick and Hugo showed up to my apartment and helped move all of my salvageable belongings to their facility for cleaning, ozoning, and storage until we could move it into my replacement apartment.

The next Friday, Nick and Hugo returned with my belongings and helped me move them into my temporary apartment.

I have to say, Nick and Hugo were wonderful, and some of the hardest working gentlemen I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They were friendly, worked within my requests, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

All in all, if you need restoration services in Phoenix, I HIGHLY recommend ServPro of Litchfield/West Phoenix. They will make sure your job is completed exactly as you need it, when you need it. I would say they are far superior to their competition, including within the “ServPro” branding.

I can’t believe how friendly and professional Nick was when he came out to help with my busted pipe. He got here remarkably fast! Not only was he very thorough he was so attentive to all of my questions. His service makes me want to use you all again. I will be referring my friends and family in the even they need services. Thanks for all your help Nick!

Nick and Hugo did an excellent job removing water and the damage it made. They definitely made me feel comfortable in a bad situation. They were very friendly, respectful and honest. They were also very efficient. I would recommend them and use them again.

This was the second time I used Servpro in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!

Toni and Lucas came out to do our mitigation. They were on time, very professional and we above and beyond to explain the entire process. Their communication was impeccable and they answered any and all of our questions. They even to the time to explain what they were doing to my son (who has autism)… which meant a lot.

Nick and Hugo were the technicians that helped me with my house. Kaiser also walked me through the initial meeting and was very pleasant and helpful. The technicians were also very helpful and professional. Got the job done quick and didan awesome job w clean up. Thank you for a job well done. Will definitely be recommending this company and those men in the future.

Kaiser was awesome. They sent Nick to tape up the bathroom. Nick was awesome, very personable, friendly. He came out Saturday just to check, when we told him we thought a fan had shut down!

Had a flood in kitchen, family room, hallway, bathroom, and Living room. Called Insurance company immediately and they referred us to Servpro. They came out right away, with a wonderful crew headed by Jordan Greer. Jordan took over and kept us informed on everything. Most importantly, he was a calming effect for us with the aggravation of a flood. Everything he said he would do he did. We look forward to continuing this problem until it is completely fixed. We have Complete confidence in Jordan and his company. The first day they were here, each, and everyone on their team came with smiles., Kindness and knowledge. Our drying out part is now and we have had interaction with Christopher and Felicia. They have been so helpful and done their job to perfection as well as being extremely nice and friendly. We feel very fortunate that our insurance company sent us to Servpro of Buckeye/West Phoenix area.

I had a great experience with my SERVPRO technician. Nick was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of work was excellent, and I really appreciated the care he took in getting things done right.
