I recently had Autumn Air Heating & Cooling repair my AC system in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first call to the final repair, they were professional, punctual, and transparent about pricing which I felt, was very reasonable. The technician, Frank was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The system works great and keeps my home perfectly cool. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Adam took care of us this most recent visit. He was on time, very quick with his inspection and respectful. I love how the company sends a text of the tech so you know who to expect if you wife is home alone for example.

I've been using Autumn air for about 2 years now. Previous techs are very knowledgeable, can answer questions in a detailed manner or simplified terms if needed.

Their maintenance plan is a great deal as you get priority during the summer heat wave in case of an emergency issue for example when a power surge fried our capacitor on our AC. We were up and running within 2-3 hours of calling during peak season 110 ambient.

Taylor was our technician. He takes his work very serious. He performed maintenance this time and did a great job. Previously, in the summer, he saved us from paying another Co to replace 2 units when only maintenance was required. The other Co was not honest. We will stay with Taylor and Autumn Air Heating & Cooling.

Kolby & Adam from Autumn Air heating & cooling, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave me honest, affordable options to get everything running again without pushing an unnecessary replacement.
He explained everything clearly, fixed the unit efficiently, and even suggested we revisit a full system upgrade in 2–3 years when it makes more sense financially. No pressure, just solid advice and great work.

We use autumn air exclusively because of their service, communication and transparency. Gilbert showed up at our house almost immediately to fix our motor blower. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative as to what was going on with our unit. He was back the next day first thing in the morning with the replacement part!

Had an annual check up today everything was good, but was request requested to possibly do upgrades or replace parts Adam did a great job not pushy. Just recommended what should be done couldn’t ask for anything else.
